I purchased their LED wellie after seeing it listed among the top 5 wellies for festivals on inews.co.uk - I've booked my family and I, a weekend trip to a local family friendly festival in the heart of Worcestershire over the school holidays (yes I am trying to be a cool Mum).

I must admit I was a little wary over some of the reviews I'd seen but the good seemed to outweigh the bad, on Google they have a great rating and I had trust the news company wouldn't support just any company so I went ahead...

I decided to call instead of purchasing online (I guess for extra reassurance) and I couldn't have been happier with the service I received, the young lady was so helpful, I asked so many questions and it wasn't too much trouble - she was just so polite and kind.

Despite not being face to face I felt I had been out shopping with a friend, although this company is online they have not in my opinion lost touch with their customer base, as I felt very valued!

On to the wellies, they are nothing short of AMAZING! I feel so comfortable in them and not 'Mutton dressed as lamb' I'd say they are of the same quality as Hunter but the lights are so tasteful and don't have to be on all the time - even my kids said I looked cool and now I will be returning to get some flashing trainers for us all to wear on a first Family festival trip.

I'm not sure what happened with the people on here who have such negative things to say but I'm not sure I believe it as I am very particular and my experience was something even I can't fault!

Would most definitley recommend and as I said, I plan to shop again!

High quality, fast delivery - would definitely recommend my daughter is over the moon with her Flashez rose gold V2's. I must say, the quality is much better than I expected so quite shocked to see some of the reviews on here and wonder if its the same company?!

I'd ordered a pair of trainers for my wife, but unfortunately she was displeased with them, as the trainers were clearly low-quality OEM rebranded shoes from china (you can find these on ebay). They had very dull lighting and an annoying charge time, a stark contrast to the light-up trainers she bought herself off amazon for considerably cheaper. This is fine - you sell what you sell, and selling tat at inflated prices is not what annoyed me.

What infuriated me is that I'd sent the shoes back out of my own pocket, and despite numerous emails and multiple proof-of-return receipt photos with tracking number that showed the trainers had reached their destination - the customer support and the sales team that I'd both looped into the emails continued to blank me for weeks.

In the end I had to take my case to PayPal claims and open a case via the Resolution Centre. What angered me further is that Flashwear tried to shut my case down, however the PayPal employee I spoke to let me know that their behaviour has been unacceptable and he's escalated my issue to PayPal business.

Great brand for buying light up shoes from, saw them at creamfields last year and got some awesome glasses

Albeit a late delivery, probably more to do with royal mail but I have the high tops and am super impressed, so much so that I bought two more pairs for my other children. They're going to be so excited...

Do not use this company. I bought a pair of Flashez Black LED Kids Shoes. They appeared OK but did not fit and were returned recorded delivery. They were delivered and signed for on 15 October, it is now 5 November (20 days) and so far there has been no communication from Flash Wear inspire of sending emails to the contact address. On this level of customer support I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I have checked the box below, I hope Flash Wear take notice in which case I may revise this review.

I ordered two pars of shoes for both my boys for Christmas I was a bit sceptical at first thinking how will they look, will my boys like them. I placed my order then the next day they came (WOW THAT'S FAST) I opened them had a look I liked them but my boys love them I had to show them. So thank you flash wear you have made Christmas for my boys.

I ordered 4 pairs of LED shoes with 3 shutter LED wired glasses and I received 3 pairs of shoes in wrong sizes and one of the glasses was missing as well. Contacted them and they asked me to return the wrong item first. When I did that and paid for the post they told me that they have not got any shoes in stock and as a gesture they will send us a few more of the wired glasses. 2 weeks gone and I still even have not received my money back from them and they do not care to answer my emails...
