Extremely Helpful Company
I had an excellent experience with FlashMemo from start to finish. A delivery mix‑up occurred — Royal Mail sent the SSDs to the wrong address — and we urgently needed the drives to replace failing hardware. Despite the issue being completely outside their control, Yavuz Ongoren handled the situation better than many companies do with far bigger problems. He was proactive, transparent, and immediately let me know what had happened. His communication was clear, honest, and genuinely focused on making sure we weren’t left stuck.
What really stood out was how quickly everything was resolved. No excuses, no delays — just straightforward, professional service. Yavuz arranged replacement drives on a 24‑hour delivery, kept me updated throughout, and made the whole process smooth and stress‑free. It’s rare to find a supplier who takes responsibility for a situation that wasn’t their fault and still goes the extra mile to put things right.
