No products arrived. I placed an order on August 31st and…

I placed an order on August 31st and paid online a lot of money £89.90. Order number 9973. I received a confirmation email and a confirmation that my payment was received, but I have never received my order. I have emailed both companies (the English website Flashcards and stationary and Confetti Campus) I have called the number many times. I have messaged via facebook and also on Instagram. I have never heard back about my order and my money seems lost. I have used this site a few years ago and it was good and it all went fine and I received my order, but now there is absolutely no way to contact or hear from them. They have a lot of my money and I have no flashcards. Use with caution.

Very good experience

I am very happy with their product & can highly recommend it, it's exactly what I've been looking for. I love studying with flashcards for my university exams and I couldn't find any in regular stores in the Netherlands so this was the optimal solution for me. Their customer service is excellent and very friendly. They will go out of their way to make sure that you have a good experience with them.
