Very poor service from the owner Dorota. I've ordered fabric on closing down sale and have received email that they don't have as much as I wanted. We have agreed for a smaller amount and month later still no items I've paid for. I've contacted Dorota and it turns out there isn't any fabric left that was promised to me. Zero communication whatsoever. Flamingo Fabrics have just lost another customer.

I placed an order and waited for over two weeks with zero communication that their dispatch time had gone up to 10 days. I only saw that by chance on Facebook. Next day I had an email saying my order had been cancelled as requested. As requested is just plainly a lie. Zero communication about why, zero apology that they were sorry for messing up and zero word about the money! I replied to the email and heard nothing. I have been patient and I understand that sometimes things go wrong. But there are easy ways to make this better! Send a proper email saying you're sorry, you messed up and unfortunately you will have to refund the money. Also, when you know you are going to take longer, COMMUNICATE THIS TO THE CUSTOMER! I've never dealt with a small business with such dreadful communication. They have time to delete comments critising them on Facebook but no time to treat customers like real people! I will never use them again.

The problem is the choice of delivery company. I would never order from Flamingo Fabrics again.

I've just had the pleasure of talking to Robyn of FF who, with the patience of a saint, has helped me order my first meter of Print Your Own! Robyn was so helpful and went out of their way to guide me through the design process responding quickly and so kindly to my emails. I've ordered from Flamingo before and will not hesitate to do so again.

I paid for a 1-2 days delivery and they didn't delivered it until a week later, now I don't have the product because they cancel my order as I complaint to PayPal.

Fantastic fabric, amazing service. I ordered personalised fabric over a number of months for gifts, each batch was perfect and when I had queries pre order they were answered efficiently. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely love going here for material. Such a vast range and customer service is outstanding. Always willing to help and so kind.

Saw them on FB because FB snoops so much and spams you… but I liked some of what I saw and thought I’d try it. Delivered fast, Lovely fabrics, The Christmas cottons have already been made into Santa stockings for charity, really enjoyed working with the dinosaur jersey for little person PJ’s, first time I’ve had French terry to use so that’s next and thought they were very nice print your own samples too, going to be keeping their details handy for sure! #66295

Ordered several times now from this site. Fabrics are always much nicer than in the pictures & the pictures are very good! The fabrics I have bought are beautiful quality. Love it. I have been see the instant message service & it’s one of the few that actually works. Been give lots of help choosing my fabrics, it can be difficult picking fabrics online but they can’t do enough to help. Delivery is incredibly fast too! Highly recommended
