I have also applied for the courier to pick up the parcel for last Monday (according to instructions) , no one contacted me and no courier came to pick up the rug!!!! The order nr is 81067315765

However, with some patience on my side and extremely professional Customer Service Agent named Louis managed to resolve all my issues very professionally and promptly. I had an incredible experience with Flair Rugs. The quality is excellent and I purchased my rug for a really great price. It’s beautiful and I’m very happy with it. The customer service is top-notch as well. They were very responsive and helped coordinate my delivery so that I didn’t have to pick up the rug at a location that was far away. I made the mistake of choosing the wrong location and they were very quick to correct it. I would highly recommend this company!

We love the design but the rug is losing a lot of fibers It's been two days that it literally fills my hoover and leaves fiber all around the house. I'll give it another few days before I send it back. Not sure whether it has to do with the fabric or the quality

What you're experiencing is completely normal with new wool rugs. During the first few weeks of use, natural wool rugs go through a shedding phase, known as "shedding," where excess wool fibers from the handmade manufacturing process are released. This is a natural characteristic of wool and does not reflect the quality or durability of the rug.
We recommend vacuuming the rug regularly using a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment during this initial period. The shedding will gradually decrease and disappear over time.
If you have any questions or if the shedding persists beyond the first few weeks, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll be happy to help.
