I love the product and the lady that I…

I love the product and the lady that I corresponded with was fantastic!! Very efficient and friendly. I had made a mistake when I wrote down the address, and my order went round and round according to my Informed Delivery. She was so quick to say she would send me another order since the P. O. said they were returning my package to Sender. She was SUPER!!

Terrible updates

Got my initial tracking which provided an update to where my package was and that was all. It was transferred to USPS and I was given no new tracking information. My package ended up in California and I live in Wisconsin. Triple checked I input the address correct. My package ended up being destroyed due to not being able to be delivered. I ended up finding the usps tracking through another Chinese website. When I called usps the post office in California told me these websites reuse barcodes and tracking gets messed up quite often. Bought the insurance and still waiting for follow up to see if I will get my order or not.

The items I ordered aren't even close…

The items I ordered aren't even close to what is described and pictured. One of the three windspinners is flat metal with nothing g to spin. The other two are windspinner that are flat with wheels attached to each side.. they are all supposed to be 3D. With spinning wheels.

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware!! The keychain I ordered, depicted on the web site was a small figure, when I received it , it was a flat piece of metal. Cute but not what I thought i ordered. Not to mention it took almost two months to get them. I have emailed the company, but from the reviews I am not expecting much.

Missing product

I ordered my product on April 9. Today is May 21. It shows it has arrived at the overseas warehouse which I assume would be here in the US. And has been there for over a week. I do not recommend it. Customer service has been great but I still do not have a product.

What a scam!

What a scam. I ordered a firetruck wind mill yard ornament for my son-in-law as a birthday gift. I was so disappointed. It doesn't look at all like what I ordered. I paid around $40.00 before tax and shipping. What I got was a crappy flat metal picture of a firetruck. Not at all what you see when you are shopping. It's embarrassing. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FLAIRGIFTS.COM EVER!!!

Disappointed with the item

The product itself was not as described.

The product itself was not as described. It says it is a 3D key chain, but in fact is flat. I was very disappointed in the false advertising. It is hard buying anything online now because of the fake, misleading, scams, and credit card hacking companies out there. I reached out to cancel my order because it was not as described and Molly at customer service was awesome!!!! She told me what I would actually be getting and when I said I just want to cancel the order, she helped me with that. She was easy to work with and for that, I gave the 5 star review. The company itself would receive a ZERO star. VERY disappointed in the false advertising! BUT MOLLY WAS GREAT!!!!!

Trustworthy Customer Support

My rating is for the smooth, efficient, friendly service I received after a shipping issue resulted in my order never arriving. The merchant offered to promptly reship, and I requested a refund instead. They readily agreed, and I received my refund within a couple of days. They were also quick to respond to every email I sent. They made an unfortunate buying experience much less stressful.

The package shipped from a third world…

The package shipped from a third world country -- not California.
The product was a very poorly painted boho sun on an opaque piece of plastic. Looked NOTHING like the window-art sun catcher on the website. Did I mention that it didn't come from the US?

Complete trash company

I ordered an item three weeks ago and it never shipped. Customer service responded once and said they would expedite the shipping. They never did. I emailed again asking for a refund and crickets. They are now not responding at all. I've already disputed the charge. Avoid this company and beware their ads on social media. They claim to be in California but definitely are not.
