UPDATE - an email to them re price resulted in an immediate refund via PayPal!

Placed an order on 2nd April. Total £32.93. Read reviews after yet another tracking email received (I know! 🙄) so checked PayPal account. They have charged me £39.52! Plus, like others, my order seems to be travelling all around the place!

Have emailed them, cancelling order & giving them 24 hours to refund otherwise reporting to PayPal. I wait...

Absolutely appalling company.

Pay extra for a quick delivery and ten days later, no show of product or any updates.

Emailed customer service and no response.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago. I have had no contact from them and haven’t received my order. Ordered 2 of the tan and the big brush. Cost over £37. If this is monitored by flair frost please contact me about my order as I can’t find an email address for you.

Biggest scam company. Bought swimming googles cheap china stuff that was meant to not let water in and it did and steamed up. Cheap stuff paid £12 and they want to give me £2 back . Avoid avoid avoid

DO NOT USE! Ordered a screen protector for IPhone 15, received one for a 15 Pro, said 15 on packaging, cannot see it before fitting, covers front camera so useless. Many emails/pictures, they offered £2 refund or send back to China at my expense in saleable condition, it’s been fitted!!!!!!

I ordered 1000 wild flower seeds from this company having been led to believe that they were UK based! At first after I had paid the agreed amount I noticed they had changed the amount and overcharged me. I complained and this was rectified. However the regular tracking info I received on a regular basis showed my package travelling across the USA, when in fact when it arrived it had been posted from China! The packet of seeds was damaged and the seeds had spilt out inside to outer packaging.
I was not happy at being misled as I am concerned about planting seeds that could be invasive to Britain.
My request for an explanation and a full refund have been ignored.

I thought I was ordering from a U.K. company but they clearly have a shop front here. I am normally very careful but I have been caught out this time. All goods seem to come from China via USA. Amount charged was not the same as on the order confirmation. Tracking was ludicrous in the US customs one day then in Kent the next day. The book arrived at least. Do not use!

Ordered cargo pants from this scam site. Had couple tracking updates then all stopped. Questioned customer service, they said they were re-sending order. Not expecting anything to arrive now after reading all these other reviews. Avoid at all costs.😡😡

Regrettably I ordered some wildflower seeds at the cost of £25. Had I known this order was coming from China , or indeed USA I would not have ordered. As soon as I had placed the order it was like the details of my order were very sparse. What I received was 25 gr of seeds! Absolutely disgraceful. I did get 'compensation' of £5 although I wanted a total refund. I was told it would be too expensive for me to return the seeds for a full refund and therefore not worth doing. What are these seeds I have received? This is a disgusting way to conduct business. DO NOT BUY FROM Flair frost! Lesson learnt.

Less than 1 star. I am so angry at myself for being scammed.
Ordered perennial wild flower seeds and they have come from America via China. They are apparently in the UK and are at my “local post office” .. I do not have a “local post office” . To get the order I have to pay a fee .. does not say how much .. as “the vendor has not paid postage” . Luckily enough I have only lost £25 but this could be a lot of money to some people.
Lesson learned check the reviews before ordering. This company is criminal !

Do not buy from here. I ordered 3 wooden Xmas tree ornaments and they were flat plastic with a print. Falsely advertised I have been waiting for nearly 5 months for a partial refund. Always days between correspondence and always an excuse. Beyond a joke. Wish I had looked at reviews before buying. I’ve seen better quality things in a cheap cracker!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Don't be fooled by this seller. This company claims to be from the UK but they're selling Chinese cheap goods. I lost a claim from PayPal and I'm furious.
I received cheap flimsy bra's that they advertised. BIGGEST SCAM ARTISTS EVER. they also go under the name ZERO MIRACLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered, I ordered the bra"s not fit for purpose. I’ve tried emailing but of cause won’t send so that’s £23 I’ve lost.

Impressed by its solid build quality and thoughtful packaging; design feels practical yet sleek. Price seemed fair considering features offered. Definitely performed better compared to several alternatives Ive tried before, overall satisfied.

This disgusting company are basically thieves and fraudsters. They charged me twice for what I ordered and wouldn’t cancel the order despite my immediate request for them to do so. The goods when they arrived were a joke - shoddy and not fit for purpose. And despite the English web address of the company they are a Chinese company and that is where they suggest you return unwanted purchases at your expense. Which of course costs more than the items are worth. I see I’m not the only one to have had problems like this. I wish there was a way of prosecuting companies like this because they are all too prevalent on the web.

Terrible. Scammed. Took my money and sent a tiny baggie of seeds which cost me almost 50 quid. Feel stupid and conned

The bras are awful theve sent the wrong size won’t carnt get in touch with them I’ve tried and tried so my money as gone now into their account

Flair-Frost. Don’t buy from them. They won’t cancel an order. They overcharged me, taking more from my credit card than the invoice amount. After complaining (within 5 minutes of placing order) they refunded the overpayment but wouldn’t cancel the order & refund me full amount. They ignored my repeated emails everyday. They wouldn’t cancel it. I haven’t yet receive the flower seeds.
I ordered from Flair-Frost.co.uk
PayPal showed them as Zero-Miracle Network Ltd. My Amex card showed them as Veanila Veanila a PayPal Microshop. The tracking shows it coming from China via the US. I thought it was a UK company selling English Cottage garden seeds!!
Avoid them. Scammers.

Fake company.

Item supposedly sent and stuck in Cardiff Castle when I live in England. Tracking is fake and nonsense.

Emails to customer service bouncing back.
