Great customer service
My order was delivered quickly but unfortunately a 1kgplastic container of raspberry jam and almost all of the squeezable jams were opened .
Most of the contents of the box were rendered unusable. Upon contacting the company they informed me that the packaging was performed out of house . They apologized and quickly offered a full refund. It was very kind of them . Their products are very high quality and the jams are clean and I will order them again. I felt bad that though no fault of the company mist of my products were not usable. The ones in glass were intact and as stated above very tasty. Thank you so much for making a bad situation a good one.
