Time scale not met no phone updates given. My husband and I took his laptop in for repair of charging port broken down 3 weeks before Christmas 2021. We said we would leave it if we could get it fixed and returned to us before Christmas. They said they would do that. Just before Xmas we phoned them again to ask when it would come back. They told us couldn't get the part but they would get it after Xmas. Phoned them after Xmas and told that they had not done repair because it also now needed a new motherboard and it would cost more and still no time given for when it would be fixed. We gave up and went their and picked it up and got a full refund. They tried to use Covid as an excuse and to why things took longer but admitted they had no excuse and were wrong not to ever once phone or email us to let us know what was going on or what was happening to the laptop. We had to do all the phoning and chasing up to try to find out what was going one. They never contacted us once themselves to tell us anything. Avoid this company like the plague unless you want to hand your repair in and never be contacted to know what is happening to it or you have an unlimited time to get your repair back.

Sinclair and colleagues at Fix Streatham were really great. They were all honest, reliable and pleasant to deal with. The online portal that you can use to view any arrangements you've made with them was also impressive. Thank you very much for really good service.

My technician was Jameel - I had a macbook air from 2014 that just randomly shut off and I was so scared it was done for - but Jameel's customer service was on point! He told me what was wrong in a simple way I could understand and let me know how long it was gonna take and just generally handled all my worries really well. I also compared his price to other prices in my local area, and his was the best! Everything was 5 out of 5. If you see this, thank you so much Jameel! I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He knows what hes doing.

Claire - I took my new ipad pro, in with a wireless mouse to set up, as I couldn't make it work at home. Despite following instructions.
Jameel, took the mouse apart and there seemed to be loose connection, he got it working. He suggested I send it back, but an Amazon purchase from China, wasn't going to bother. He set up, and was so relieved. Patient, great service. Thank you.

Jameel at Fix Streatham is a legend. My daughter came home upset that her PC computer touch screen had been dropped and was protruding away from the PC. I rang Fix who were available to see us right away and Jameel fixed it on site while we waited. Excellent service!

My ACER laptop was having problems booting up. At first it was the software that needed changing, then contacted me to say the hard drive needs replacing, this took an extra day. I'm happy with the standard of work and my laptop is like brand new with a working keyboard which could of cost more money to repair.

Took a much loved but tired Breitling Aerospace Watch in to receive a new battery. Was a bit apprehensive about taking a Swiss time piece to a 'local' business, but these guys gave me more confidence than a Breitling main dealer. Sinclair was super knowledgeable and explained the available options and had the watch back to me in a couple of hours. Battery installed, watch pressure tested, clean and set to the correct time and date. Couldn't have asked for a better service, thank you Sinclair.

I have used FIX twice now and both times I have received impeccable service. MacBook Air kept switching itself off and then wouldn't charge.

I took my Apple MacBook Pro with Touch Bar (2016) to FixTech Solution as it was no longer switching on. Due to covid, the repairs took a little longer than I anticipated however, having had my laptop back for over a week now, I am more than satisfied with the work they carried out. They not only made the repairs I requested but went above and beyond to fix another problem I was unaware of at no extra cost.

My laptop is running like new and I couldn't be happier!
