I called fixrot to come a check woodworm in my attic. It turned out to be active so Scott arranged to come the following week.

Removed all the insulation cleaned the dust and sprayed the full attic before laying insulation back down.

Fair priced, very tidy and the guarantee is all good. We checked to make sure it’s valid.

If you have any problem with damp or rot or even general renovations I would have no problem recommending fixrot. Thanks again Phil.

Great workmanship. Transformed my downstairs kitchen, livingroom and dining room into a lovely new open plan down stair. Structural beams not an issue and nothing was an issue. Took 1 week longer than expected but first class and happy to recommend to anyone. Won't look past fixrot again. Cheers

Our first contact with Scott was to undertake a damp and rot survey for a property we were considering purchasing and we were amazed by the speed and professionalism of that first contact. The survey was undertaken very quickly and a comprehensive report provided, which greatly assisted with the purchase of the property.

We were so impressed with the standard of the service that we commissioned Fixrot to do the rectification work. This was done quickly and efficiently and the appropriate certificates provided. We continued to employ the company for a whole house refrurb as it is so rare to find a contractor that you can trust and is good to work with. We are so very pleased with the end result, we will certainly consider using this company next time and would be happy to recommend them to others.

In summary, work is to a very high standard, charges very competitive, great to work with and more than anything a contractor you can trust.

I called out Scott to treat the dryrot in my house. I already had the plaster removed for access to the bare walls, and infected lintels replaced with concrete type. He gave me a very competitive price and came on the agreed date to do the job. The job took a full day as there was quite a big area to cover. He and his team left the workplace tidy and informed me of the safety precautions to stay clear of the areas due to the noise of the drilling, dust and chemical being used.
The 30 year insurance certificate was provided with the correct back-up documents, which I called the Insurance Company to verify and they confirmed Fixrot was covered by them.
I would have no doubts about calling Fixrot out again in the future for the various building work they do.

We called Scott from Fixrot to deal with a pretty substantial dry rot issue we'd been having. Scott came out to do a survey the same day and provided a detailed quote the following day. Once we'd accepted the quote, he got to work right away and within a few weeks, the place was as good as new. I couldn't recommend Fixrot and Scott enough! Absolutely fantastic service! We'd use Fixrot again in a heartbeat!
