I order some pieces for my wash mashine and never arrived. After many email they told me that the product return to them and if I want to be send again I have to pay to a revolut account. But they give me an invoice with a short 4 numbers bank account so I cannot pay. IT IS A SCAM. DONT BUY OR YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY.
I ordered from them one item and it didn’t fit although I used they’re filters. I’ve registered a return and refund order they got in touch with me provided the return awb and also an “exact “ code for my requested part and I made another order which arrived but again didn’t fit so I made again a refund and return request but this time nobody answered and my first return got to them but they never returned the payment
Never order from Fixpart.ro It s a scam.
I orderd a fridge gasket, arived after 6 days, the product does not fit and i demanded return. Fixpart does not pay for shipping back to Belgium, so if i want to send back the product it cost me 200 euro, 2x more than the value of the product. So i can't sent it back. It's their fault the product is bad but i can't ship it back.
Big scam.
My experience with FixPart has been absolutely outrageous. I needed to return some large items that because the products sent by them was not fitting my fridge. I agreed to handle the return shipment myself and arranged a courier, but the company refused to provide a phone number required by the courier service. Despite multiple requests, customer support offered no assistance whatsoever.
Additionally, I had to pay €36out of my own pocket to return the items to Belgium, even though I purchased them through their Romanian website and it was not declared during the purchase that the products are delivered from Belgium. It is completely unacceptable that customers are forced to cover international return costs without any help or reasonable alternative, especially when the parts were incompatible with my appliance — the very reason for the return.
I received the product from them, which was already damaged.
I opened a return request, and it's been almost two weeks since then with no response.
