My Mac wouldn’t boot up at all. Fix my Mac, told me what it was most likely to be straight away and fixed it in a couple of days. Excellent.

My Macbook Air would not switch on, was quoted circa £425 from Apple to get it fixed! So booked in my machine for repair at "Fix My Broken Mac" service was great very efficient. My machine was couriered via UPS would recommend to anyone who has "Out of Guarantee" Mac issues to use. I would use them again!

Could not be happier with the service I received. I live locally so dropped off the laptop myself, everyone was very friendly. Received my diagnosis in 2 working days and it took about a week to fix, but I needed a whole keyboard replacement. Picked up the laptop to find it still had a minor issue, took it straight back and it was fixed within 2 days. Would definitely recommend as Apple didn’t want to know and we’re going to charge me £600+ or to get a new laptop when mine was only 5 years old. Excellent service and laptop felt safe and secure when left.

I found out about RepairMyMac initally on Google and the reviews were positive so decided to send them my MacBook Pro. All communications were clear and prompt. Will responded to my questions quickly and clearly. The repairs were carried out and the MacBook returned in perfect condition. I can only recommend this company very highly for any repair. They are way cheaper than Apple who I would have preferred except for their prices. I am also pleased with the answers that Will provided that saved me additional money in spare parts. If you want quality repairs without the hassle of never ending cost escalations you could not do better than this company. Very highly recommended!!

Fair pricing and on quote charging. Quickly identified hard disk problem, sorted and replaced. However on return I found battery issues which they had missed in initial checks. Returned unit to them and again speedy replacement of battery, only charged for the battery cost, due to their missing it on first checks, so good value. Would definitely use the team again for any future issues. Far better value than the Apple “geniuses” who only want to sell new units, or overcharge for repairs. Great service

Excellent service. Prompt repair to my iMac, after hope had been given up it could be fixed. Easy to use booking, collection and returns process, and the combination of online account portal and emails made it a user friendly process. Tradecraft excel.. iMac returned all fixed and no data lost good as new. Fair pricing and a less expensive than Apple or affiliates. Will highly recommend to friends and contacts in need of apple product repairs. Well done guys .. thank you

This company is 2nd to none on both service and Price .they really do put Apple to
Shame as they are quicker cheaper ,more pofestional than any PC Compay I have ever dealt with .I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family -well Done you!!!

Excellent service. I wanted, firstly, advice, which I got and followed. Old Imac with a failed graphics card. Not worth repairing because of age. They put the working HD into an enclosure for me and I now have access via another machine. I appreciated the time and expertise.

A company that is honest and trustworthy, putting the customer's needs first. I approached them with my old Mac Book Pro and they went out of their way to find a resolution for me. They focused on an outcome that was positive for me and the staff members are friendly and helpful. Upgrading a 2013 iMac could have been a difficult experience. All queries were answered quickly and the turnaround of a day to install an SSD and new memory meant no time wasted. Thanks guys, I look forward to a good few years with the machine.

My ageing iMac needed a new hard drive, and FMBM replaced it with a solid-state one, which is much faster. Collected, delivered and reconnected - what more could anyone ŵant? Recommended!

Very pleased with Fixmybrokenmac, they were very helpful and clear from the outset and giving their diagnosis, also their user interface to check the status of your repair and breakdown of costs was outstanding and evidently are very transparent with quoting a price and repairing your mac. I was very impressed at their level of integrity and clarity throughout this whole process. Highly recommend and if I ever break another mac again (hopefully not!) but I will def come back to them :)
