i ordered 2 "weed burner" and what i received had nothing comparable to what they advertised for, worse it was unusable and unsafe.
After negotiating with them they agreed to refund me 75% of my order,but I never received the money and they are now ignoring my emails.
I will not give up and I have already talked to my bank and we will start a transaction dispute next week.

Sick to death of these companies pretending to be a UK business when they are actually Chinese or even Temu selling poor quality tat - Fixion UK is yet another. You only find out after you place your order and find out it is being shipped from China. If you can make contact they insust on you returning the item to get a refund and the cost of shipping it back exceeds the amount you paid. Its a total scam selling tat knowing you won't return it. Social media companies need to take action as there is an explosion of these fake websites originating in China.

Taking forever to arrive from China. I thought the site was in the uk. Item was £10 plus £4 postage. Same on Temu for £1.76. I feel cheated and deceived.

Placed an order for a small. item on 9/25/25. have been tracking it every day since.took 2 weeks just to leave china. now supposedly sitting in IRELAND for a week. so much for quick shipping. when you try to get in touch with them on their web site by clicking on their service spot, nothing happens, kind of like their service and shipping. Another scam company. don't waste your time.

Advertised a torch to burn weeds with a 10 foot hose.
The tips on this torch not adequate and they sent a 10" hose instead. Torch obviously not safe to use especially with a 10" hose to attach to propane tank.
Tried to return and have them refund my money (since 100 percent guaranteed), they give you the run around. First it was a 25 percent refund and now they want pictures of what they sent me along with my concerns to consider such refund. A total joke! Do not buy anything from this company. Total scam.

I placed an order for door protectors for my car at the tune of $28 plus I never received them it took over 30 days they were answering my emails while the product was traveling apparently then all of a sudden there was a message that said undeliverable wrong address I messaged him and said are you kidding me where the hell did you send these to deliver cuz it certainly wasn't my house then it said they were looking into it now all of a sudden I'm ghosted they are not answering me I told them I was going to report them as fraudulent and that I would be putting reviews about their company everywhere I could find on Facebook on tick tock on trustpilot Instagram everywhere until everybody I knew knew that they were a fraudulent company. Don't waste your money folks big big fraud!

Ordered the lpg gas powered weed sprayer that is current on social media. I was not sent the model that is advertised. Sent an even cheaper model that does not work at all. No emails responded to.

I ordered few items for my car, never received them, and no response to my emails.

I have placed an order and it's been 2 weeks and still no order. I emailed and no one has replied. It's been now 7 days since I e-mailed. This is appalling service.

Absolutely nothing about this Chinese scam company is what it seems. Particularly their no quibble 100% refund if dissatisfied.
I bought a 34 inch propane fuelled flame thrower. What arrived was a 16 inch brass tube. No connectivity instructions and no operating instructions. I wrote complaining that what was delivered did not even resemble the advertised product and pointed out that their advert highlighted ‘DO NOT USE A CIGARETTE LIGHTER TO IGNITE, ONLY USE THE INSTRUMENT’s IGNITION SWITCH’ - there was no such switch!
I was offered a new similar product which could not be guaranteed to be as advertised or keep what I got and they would send me a 20% refund!
I challenged through PayPal who returned initially with an improved 25% refund which I again refused. Eventually they conceded to give me my money back once I returned the product to China at my cost!
Since postage exceeds any money that will be recovered, this is never going to happen.

All in all a throughly nasty cheap scamming company. Do not buy anything from these scammers, you will be left with a worthless and potentially highly dangerous pice of tat.
