You can't say the experience was great when dealing with a severe water problem making the lounge unusable but the visit from Oscar dealing with the problem in a very professional way made it bearable and he didn't leave until everything was checked

The only issue I have with the company was that I was not made aware that they would be attending and there seemed to be some miscommunication between my insurance company and themselves. However, the engineer who attended (Oscar) was very helpful in solving my issue with needing a replacement stop valve. He was polite, efficient and did the work quickly and to a high standard. He explained the process and showed me the result, ensuring I was happy with it and had no further questions before he left.
