There was a leak under the bath. We only knew about it because we had another leak about a week ago and had to remove bath panel. It was diagnosed as coming from the taps. The taps have been replaced, along with new copper pipes and Flexi pipes also a new isolating valve. He even renewed the silicone. It's all looking nice.

Ben was great and fixed the empty header tank, even bringing overshoes as it was raining. I can't comment on the time which lapsed between calling and arrival (as this was through a bank insurance) but the problem was solved promptly with great customer service. Even fixed a small leak under the kitchen sink which we have been having issues with. Will call next time we need an emergency plumber!
