I would give FixAuto 5 Stars overall they were very friendly and helpful during the whole procedure and I was very impressed with the free damage report they did on both my car and their own courtesy car,it was very comprehensive and it showed every little dent and scratch on my car most I could hardly see.
I liked the free courtesy car it eas only 2 years old ,automatic and had all the new features I had read about ,led headlights,stop start etc so I could try them,and it was already full and I just had to bring it back full.- the new door had been repainted exactly to match and you can’t tell it had any damage.
They were very good and I would recommend them to anyone needing vehicle repair.

Fix Auto Uk are the company my insurance recommended for damage repairs on my car.
They did an outstanding job on the repairs both times I used them.
The staff I met and spoke to over the phone were so very helpful. They provide excellent courtesy cars whilst the repairs are carried out which was appreciated.
The second time I arranged collection of mine and delivery of the courtesy car to my home as it was definitely easier and less stressful than me getting lost again.
Such a friendly company to use with amazing customer service and outstanding work. Highly recommend but hopefully won’t need them myself again 🤞🏻

Excellent experience from start to finish
My insurer directed me to Fix Auto to yes, fix my automobile. It was a great experience. Pete, the guy who handled taking in my car and handing over the courtesy car (a nearly new VW Polo, which was fab) was most excellent: personable and knew his stuff. The fix took just over a week, which was entirely reasonable. I couldn’t fault any aspect of the service!
