Poor communication
I was told that the repair wouldn’t be able to go ahead on my car due to a delay in the part so I had to cancel my hire car. I was later told that there was a mixup and they were picking up my car. I explained I had no hire car and they didn’t offer any solutions seen as they had caused this inconvenience. They also extended the repairs due to finding “extensive damage” but I was never told what this damage was.

As the initial damage process was done via images, once the vehicle came on site, we were then able to re assess and update you with the repair timescales. M&M were constantly in contact with me with updates about repairs to my vehicle, also gave my car a good clean inside and out before returning it they also collected my car for me, and also sorted collection of my hire vehicle with the company for collection, they are an excellent repair service can not recommend their services enough

Vehicle repair
It was a real pleasure dealing with the staff at M&M in Leek. They were so helpful, down to the collection of my vehicle and the time schedule for the repair work. The repair didn't take as long as expected and my car was delivered back valeted inside and out. I'm really pleased with the work carried out and would highly recommend.

Excellent quality - but took time.
Quick initial response and estimate, technically the repair is excellent and the people are great. Unfortunately once booked in there was a long time window to get the repair done. This was worsened by a phone call I got a day before expected completion to say they were waiting for parts. So the repair was still not started. Ended up being extra weeks delay.

Very good customer support.
Very good customer support and answered all my questions within 24 hour if not immediately. Be cause of a parts supply problem the repairs took longer tha anticipated. But we were kept informed and updated regularly.

Good communication and excellent service.
I have recently had an insurance repair done with M&M and the service has been excellent, initial contact was very good and the ladies in the administration team kept me up to date with the progress of the repairs at all time. Even when there was additional work needed to the car they have kept me up to date at all times. The quality of the repairs look excellent and you can’t actually tell there was ever any damage, even the colour of the new parts have been blended excellently. Highly recommend.
