The service was friendly and efficient. Including a couple of updates during the repair period. Although this company was chosen for me via my insurance company, I would definitely recommend.

Poor communication between the insurance broker and this repair company, I found myself stressed constantly chasing both of them regarding my claim and what was to be repaired from the accident.
Fix auto had my car just over one month, due to a part wrongly ordered. I work as a taxi driver, so I couldn’t work for one month!
The repairs were completed and although it was a rainy day and the car was wet and had been parked on a poorly surfaced road, it was difficult to check the repairs.
The car came back dusty inside and there were greasy finger prints in numerous places inside the vehicle including on the roof panels and side panels. My windscreen was replaced and although they had put a plastic sheet over my seat, I’m not sure how long the car was left without the screen in the workshop because there was a fine layer of dust over everything inside; the dash, between the window buttons, gear stick, Sat Nat etc
So has to take it for a valet.

The broker said I’d get the car back as it were prior to the accident, this was definitely not the case as my cctv cameras and cables were hanging down so I had to take the vehicle to have the cables and cctv fitted again, so all the cables are hidden behind the roof panels of the car and cctv cameras refitted to the windscreen.

I therefore wouldn’t recommend fix auto as it stressed me out from the start, with all the initial chasing.

My insurance has since been up for renewal and I’ve changed insurance companies to ensure I have a different broker and in the unlikely event I have an accident, my vehicle won’t go to fix auto for repair.

I was kept in touch with progress really well. Unfortunately there was a delay in the delivery of parts which meant I was without my car for another week but they offered me a curtesy car . Brilliant and the repair was perfect. My car was back to new.

Excellent service & quality of repairs & paintwork is immaculate.
I am very happy with all aspects of the service i received.
Hope i never have to take the van back there again,but in the unlikely event of another mishap, then i would be happy for them to do the repair work.

Fix Auto were very professional collected the car and kept us informed what they were going to do and the time frame ,phoned with updates the finished job was brilliant,car returned on time excellent job highly recommend thank you

The quality of repairs was brilliant and completed sooner than expected. They also returned the car to me rather than needing time to go and collect.

Very friendly staff,letting me know what was happening every step of the way. Repairs were excellent,you wouldn't have known that there had been any damage. They even cleaned the car!Would recommend fix auto to everyone.

Took a very long time for insurers to agree for the repair from the initial setup (not Fix Auto's fault) but impressed that Lois kept checking in. When the repair was finally authorised - car was collected very quickly and the repair completed within a week. Car was returned on time and as they said - cannot fault repair nor service.

Very happy with the repair! Kept informed every step of the way.

Great communications- friendly professionals staff - high quality repair completed in a reasonable timescale - I only left the 1 star off as unfortunately there wasn’t a courtesy car available for my chosen repair time - apart from that I’d highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service. The only thing I would say is that when the courtesy car was dropped off there was no walk around to check for damage before leaving it with me. That has not been a problem as I only had it for 2.5 days, so hardly used it.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Kept me in the loop of my car they were fixing. Definitely recommend this company.

Absolutely wonderful service. Super friendly reception and a great job with repairs. They ensured the parts were genuine and properly colour coded. Everything was handled promptly and they gave me regular updates.

Very impressed with the service, professionalism and efficiency. What ever my requests, they were accommodated readily. Work was too a high standard and the car arrived having been cleaned inside and out!
