Back lights not fitted properly

Boot rubber not fitted properly that I had to push back in line,
Bumper not lined up
They picked up the car today at 9:45am to rectify the issues 18/04/2023 and brought it back at 2:45pm with a collision error fault on my screen saying the car has been hit at the front of the car on the 18/04/2023 at 2:03pm, and once again the rear lights don’t sit correctly and the back bumper has swirl/scratch marks around the lights they have been fitting.not happy with the cowboy repairs at all or customer service. I would not recommend these at all to FIX your pride and joy.

Sorry you feel this way.
The rear rubber was correctly fitted as shown to you.
We realigned your lights and the o/s rear bumper corner efficiently at a time to suit you to cause as little inconvenience as possible. We did not touch the n/s as that did not need aligning other than the light.
The vehicle did not leave our trailer when arriving on site and the collision fault was not there upon delivery. All work was also carried out to the rear not the front.
We would have happily looked into these issues for you. However abusive, violent behaviour will not be tolerated to any of our staff. If you wish to have these looked into we suggest you report this incident to your insurer exactly as we have.

Good work and a small area of improvement
Totally satisfied with the work done on my Mercedes B class. Great job on getting the genuine parts, seamless paint job and the overall workmanship. One small area of improvement could be to keep the interiors cleaned well before delivery, the car was smelling a bit bad for a while untill I had to do a detailed interior cleaning.

Fix Auto recently repaired my Jeep…
Fix Auto recently repaired my Jeep after it lost an argument with a wall.
I have nothing but good things to say about the service. I received a courtesy car promptly so there was no displacement to my travel needs. Whenever I phoned for progress I was very impressed by the lady who knew exactly what was happening and timeframes etc, without putting me on hold or fobbing me off.
When I received my Jeep back there was no indication of any damage whatsoever - an excellent job all round. Very happy with the result - would definitely recommend!

Amazing service
Had some paintwork done on my pride and joy(van)tricky getting a colourmatch on 9 year old silver but they pulled the cat out the bag on this one,absolutely stunning,cannot recommend them enough,polite,informed and friendly staff,will not use anywhere else.gold star!!
