My loved car back looking like new
Love my car and was heartbroken when I was involved in a small crash. Fix Auto was my insurers repair company. I took my car in to be assessed for repair and Ollie went over the crash area in great detail even picking out something I had missed. I was kept informed by text as to what stage the repair was at. Collection and delivery was carried out with care and attention. You cannot tell where the repairs have been made. Looks like new, so pleased.

Such an efficient service! I was contacted by the Fix Auto team within hours and my car was booked in for assessment really quickly. The staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable, and communication about my repair couldn't have been better. Cannot recommend Fix Auto highly enough and would definitely use them again!

Amazing work
Fix Auto Rochester had my car after an accident. With my car being newer to the UK market, getting a hold of some parts took time, but they kept me informed consistently. The repair was flawless. And all paintwork is guaranteed for the duration of my ownership of the car.
They were always happy to answer the phone when I had additional questions and always friendly and helpful.
Of my car ever needs any work again, I know where I’ll be taking it! Back here.
