Great communication and quality of work! The car is like brand new! Highly recommended, expert repairers.

I stupidly did some self inflicted wounds to my car.
So based on online positive reviews I popped into Fix Auto Reading.
Attentive and friendly bloke had a quick look after I explained what I had done. He took it into the workshop and the car came back out 5 minutes later fixed.
Absolutely fantastic no nonsense good old fashion service.
Whilst I was waiting in Reception, I noticed all the Accreditations the company has, impressive.

Fix Auto Reading provided an excellent service from beginning to end. All staff that I dealt with were friendly and made the whole experience as stress free as possible. My car was collected and returned to my home and I was able to use a really good standard courtesy car in the meantime. My car has been repaired and restored to its original condition so I’m very happy and would not hesitate to recommend!

I took my car to FixAuto after someone went into the back of it. The team were exceptional throughout the whole process, got it assessed quickly and then booked in just a few days after. They kept me updated and were able to repair it quicker than initially thought.

Such a seamless process throughout, and an incredibly friendly team! Will no doubt be back in the future when I come to sell my car and need to get it back to excellent condition.

My car - a Honda Civic - was recently damaged with the side panel scratched & the front bumper dented. I was recommended to Auto Fix by Honda Dealership. They came to my home - collected the car & returned next day. The car arrived looking new - not only a first glass paint job but in addition the car was cleaned inside & out. Top marks to David -workshop manager- for a job well done

My car looks as good as new after the repairs, and the added convenience of them picking up and dropping off my car was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend their services!

smallish but slightly tricky bodywork repair done very nicely. finished paintwork looks as new. all the several staff contacted were very good. already recommended FixAuto to friends & family.

I visited Fix Auto Reading yesterday and was impressed by their straightforward and efficient service. As soon as I arrived, the staff were ready to assist me. They promptly checked my car, took the necessary photos, and informed me that these would be sent to my car insurer within the next few days.

The staff member who helped me was particularly thorough, explaining everything clearly and ensuring I understood each step of the process. Another plus was the ample parking space available right in front of the shop, which made the visit hassle-free.I'm currently awaiting the completion of the work and will update this post with further insights once it's done.

Absolutely horrendous. If I could give negative stars I would. Save yourself the money and stress and take your car elsewhere.
The insurance repairs to my vehicle resulted in more issues.

Very disappointed with the insurance repairs to my vehicle.
1)Vehicle tracking was not undertaken as discussed and ended up paying to get this done using my own money.
2)Screw is missing from headlight bracket, ordered from Fords myself
3) Radiator / engine cover scratched under the bonnet, ordered a replacement from Ford
4) Alloy wheel not re-finished as part of the repairs.
5) Residue on windscreen which I had to be removed with Wife's nail varnish remover
6) Also interior by seatbelt bracket also had a resin type substance which took ages to remove.
7) N/S Front quarter of bumper that was replaced is defective.
8) Tried to make contact via the website but no-one responded.
On a positive the staff were very nice people, just wish the quality had been better.

The whole team were extremely helpful in our hour of need. The repair was excellent , price fantastic. Service great . Thanks guys and girls

Excellent service and communication
Have dealt with company in the past and found there work to be of a generally high standard. They helped my son out as his insurance company were absolutely appalling after he had an accident which left his vehicle in a very exposed area. The vehicle was collected, repaired, and returned to him within the week. His insurance company has not even had the decency to phone him after we cancelled the claim as the cost came below his excess. Paul Carkett and his team should be congratulated for the time and effort that was shown in turning the vehicle around in double quick time.

Fix Auto are brilliant professional and so easy to deal with.
I booked my car for a repair for a new front bumper. I was told that the repair could be mid January 2023. But these guys did it 20.12.2022.
The repair was to a very high standard. The car was collected just after 9AM and was brought back After 3PM. Amazing to do the repair that quick. The car had been cleaned to a very high standard.
Brilliant service and excellent repair.

Paul was incredibly helpful providing advice and a quotation for the repair works to our vehicle after it had been in an accident. He even took the time to visit our property to view the vehicle, as it wasn’t road worthy and couldn’t be driven. Thank you Paul, excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.
