An excellent and efficient company
Once the insurance company had given the go ahead Fix Autos moved very quickly and efficiently. They made arrangements to have a courtesy car delivered and kept me informed of repair progress which was speedily carried out and my car was returned as good as new after being valeted.

And it had a complete valet, polish, clean inside and out.

Outstanding
I would honestly rate this as 6 if allowed. Courteous and helpful, kept me fully informed at every stage, lent me a great courtesy car, and did a great job on dents, scratches and scrapes.
They also repaired some scratches which were not a part of the insurance claim (for free) and returned my car to me, sparkling clean both inside and out.
I have never felt prompted to give such a positive and glowing review, but it is thoroughly deserved

In all our dealings both in delivering and collecting the damaged vehicle we were treated very efficiently and at a time of concern with care and consideration. The friendly understanding attitude helped. Repair was completed to an excellent standard.
