The service received from Fix Auto Newcastle was excellent from start to finish. My slightly damaged vehicle was picked up from my home and delivered back after the repair at a time that suited me. The repair work was excellent and my vehicle looked as good as new with the added benefit of a full valet. Like others, this was my first time going through a motor insurance process and I was concerned generally. But the guys at Fix auto in Newcastle were great. Jake kept me updated (better than the insurance company did) which was reassuring. The car was written off unfortunately so I can’t comment on workmanship. But I’d have no bother in going to these boys again if I ever need help.

After recently having my vehicle repaired following an accident, I wanted to share just how impressed I have been with Fix Auto Newcastle.

As this was my first experience of dealing with an accident repair, I was unsure what the process would be like and expected it to be fairly stressful. In reality, the team at Fix Auto Newcastle made the whole experience straightforward from the outset.

Chris in particular was excellent throughout. He collected my car from my office, returned it there once the work had been completed, and kept me fully updated throughout the entire repair process. Having one person keeping me informed made everything much easier and gave me real confidence that the car was being well looked after.

The turnaround was also much quicker than I had anticipated, and most importantly, the standard of the repair work was exceptional. My vehicle is still fairly new, so I was particularly concerned about how well it would be restored. When it was returned, I was genuinely amazed by the finish. The car looked immaculate, and the level of care and attention that had gone into the work was obvious.

It is never pleasant having to deal with an accident or vehicle repairs, but the service I received made a difficult situation considerably easier. From Chris collecting the car from my office, to keeping me informed throughout, to returning it once the repairs were complete, the whole experience was handled extremely well.

I would happily recommend Fix Auto Newcastle to anyone needing accident repair work. If your insurer sends your vehicle there, you can be confident it will be looked after properly. If you are able to choose your own repair centre, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

My vehicle was recently involved in an accident and the insurance company dealing with it use Fix Auto Group as their defined repairer with Fix Auto Newcastle being the centre where it was ultimately sent to.

Having never been involved in an accident before I was bit apprehensive about what to expect, however I have to say that Fix Auto Newcastle have been fantastic in both dealing with and their quality of workmanship. They arranged for the vehicle to be picked up from my house, kept me informed all the way through and had my vehicle back very quickly. The quality of their workmanship on the repairs was second to none and even though the vehicle was relatively new I honestly think it’s in better condition now than when it came out of the showroom.
Their repair work and aftercare has been brilliant and they show a real dedication to get your vehicle back to perfect condition. Daniel and Chris have been superb to deal with and their facilities are fantastic and spotlessly clean. After my accident a friend of mine that works in the auto repair industry asked me where my vehicle was getting repaired. I told him Newcastle accident repair centre/Fixauto Newcastle, to which he said I was in good hands. I have to say he was exactly right and can’t recommend Newcastle accident repair centre/Fixauto Newcastle highly enough.

If you are unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident and the insurance company dealing with it advises that their repairer is FixAuto Newcastle have no doubts you are in safe hands. Or if you have the option of selecting a preferred repairer I can’t recommend these guys highly enough.

Excellent service from start to finish. Repair process explained well, kept informed of progress, completed quicker than anticipated. Tricky repair to rear quarter panel including damage to two crease lines and boot lid. Pulled out and repaired without having to replace the rear quarter panel. Impossible to tell panel was repaired/sprayed. Delighted with the quality of workmanship. Higher recommended.
