I had an excellent experience
I had an excellent experience - the staff were very friendly and informed. They kept me apprised and up to date with the timescale of repair. The repair was beautifully done; you wouldn't even know there was any damage in the first place. I would deffo recommend.

Excellent professional service from…
Excellent professional service from beginning to end. Pleasant call from them to arrange suitable time to collect my car. One of their staff turned up promptly and at the designated time. Work carried out to an excellent standard, looking as good as new. Notified promptly once car was ready (was only with them for less than 2 weeks) and car duly return for me the following day. Very friendly chap picking up and dropping off the car, would definitely use this firm again (though obviously hope I don't have to!)

Excellent service. Having had my VW Polo rear-ended by a Range Rover, causing considerable damage, Fix Auto Mitcham did an incredible job in returning my car to pristine condition in a very reasonably time. Very happy to recommend them – this isn’t the first time I have used their services.

Far from good service after they had the car
My cars battery was run till it had died and was told it’s not the garages fault, cost 147.99 for a new battery and the garage refused to help, also have footage of their driver driving my car well over the speed limit and hitting speed bumps so hard you hear the car hit the floor after and still get nowhere when talking to the staff. Not happy at all

Superb service & highly recommend!
Superb service, my car was repaired above & beyond my expectations, they went the extra mile in closely matching bespoke bonnet & bumper trimmings to the rest of the vehicle. To top it off the hire company who were booked to leave my hire car at Fix Auto so I could get home - left it at my home in error & Fix Auto drove me all the way home at a drop of a hat! Top job.
I highly recommend them a such a friendly welcoming team! 👍
