I recently was involved in a car accident and given Fix auto by my insurance company to carry out the repairs, they arranged for my car to picked up from my house, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. My car was taken here via insurance company. I really want to give a heartfelt thanks to everyone at fix auto Hoddesdon, you couldn’t have done more - a rubbish situation was made that little bit better thanks to all of you.

Firstly, I was very pleased that FixAuto worked to return my car at lunchtime on 24th Dec. As I was going away 31st dec and they were shut from lunchtime 24th to 5th Jan.
Unfortunately there are 3 faults with the car: the engine management light is on, the bonnet does not line up horizontally at the front edges and some of the bodywork creaks when moving off or going over bumps.
All these need fixing after 5th Jan

Rob and the Fix Auto team did a fabulous job on my car. Looks even better than before. They answered all my questions, kept me updated. Can't fault them. Thank you all very much x

After such a rubbish week with my car being stolen and written off, the branch in Hoddesdon really did their best to help me out. The communication and empathy from the staff meant alot. The car was delivered promptly in time for the bank holiday weekend by Ian who was really friendly and helpful.
