It was a stress free experience. My car was picked up from my home. The gentleman who delivered the car was very professional.
When my car was ready, it was delivered to me without any hassle. I was informed when the driver was due.
The driver who brought the car back was very courteous and professional.
On the whole I was impressed with their service.

Very professional service from start to finish.

The time taken to repair my car was unreasonable. The communication could have been a lot better. However when the car was returned yesterday it looked like they have made a good job. Following my complaints they did get me a decent loan car.

All communications were clear and efficient in fixing my car following a no fault accident.
Pick up and return of the car was performed as expected and the repair looks great

Great service. Came to my house to pick up my car. Gave me an insurance replacement car. Did a thorough check of both car car conditions to avoid future disputes.
Gave me good communication throughout.
The prepare was done perfectly, they even cleaned my car inside! And it was messy from kids!! So thank you for that.
Dropped my car back to my home afterwards. No problem's, would use again and recommend.

FixAuto contacted me by phone after insurance authorisation, to book a repair time,and warned me that my car would be needed by them for 5-12 working days. They offered a courtesy car and came to my house to collect my car and leave the courtesy car, which was a brand new vehicle, very clean. On Day 12 they phoned me to arrange return, bringing my car back to my house on time. The repair looks perfect and everything worked well. Their delivery driver was affable and knowledgeable

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this Bodyshop. From start to finish, communication was either extremely limited or non-existent. I was constantly given conflicting information – every person I spoke to seemed to have a different story, which left me feeling completely misled and confused. There was no sense of accountability or urgency, and the attitude was far from professional – even from management. To make matters worse, the customer service advisor I dealt with over the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful.
As for the repair work itself, it was poor quality. I had to send the vehicle back multiple times because not only was the issue not resolved, but more damage was caused to my vehicle while it was in their care – only to be eventually told they would not be rectifying these areas. In the end, I had to take the car elsewhere, where the entire repair had to be redone properly, and the additional damage they caused fixed.
From a customer perspective, I feel completely let down. This experience was stressful, time-consuming, and expensive. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you value your time, money – I’d go elsewhere.
A friendly reminder too: when you have an accident you can choose where your vehicle is repaired, even if it is not the one your insurance company initially want to send it to. If I ever have the misfortune to have another accident, I will be taking it to a trusted Bodyshop.
