Amazing all the staff we’re great

Service was amazing from the start, so helpful and kept me in the loop of what was happening. The car looked great when I picked it up. Absolutely amazing work and lovely people.

Worldclass customer experience. Quality of the repair is gold standard, but what was remarkable is the service I received from the team at the reception. From first phone interaction to drop off and arranging rental vehicle, updates during work and pick up of the car, it could not have been better. This is rare enough these days to be highlighted… this team is at the epitome of customer service.

It was a straightforward insurance job but (a) they did the repair well and (b) the complexity is I was abroad through part of the process and the Fix Auto Receptionist kept me well informed. All round, all good.

From first contact through to collection, all the insurance and rental process and everything in between - Jasmine & Kally were brilliant! The work completed is to a very high standard and I have no hesitation in recommending Fix Auto Crawley.

Not a good garage, only used as I had to go through insurance. They brought my car back damaged so had to take it back in to fix then when the ‘final work’ was done you can see all the orange peel of the car really shoddy job I give up with these people. 2 stars is generous as the car delivery guy and receptionists were friendly.

The driver with curly hair who delivered my car was very polite and helpful sorry forgot to ask him for his name!!

Excellent communication : I was able to book a time that suited me for my works van to be repaired . The repair was carried out to a very high standard. Reception & repairs team are very helpful & friendly. Good all round professional service that I would highly recommend.

Very easy to deal with

Fix Auto are fantastic! They did a great job on fixing my car and kept me updated regularly throughout the process with texts and phone calls. And they kindly did an amazing job of cleaning the interior...it had been full of dog hair and wing-mirror glass and now it's spotless.

I cannot recommend Fix auto Crawley more highly. The ladies in the office are exceptional, superb customer service. My initial telephone call was with Jasmine and she was so professional and also very understanding and put my mind at ease about my whole situation which I am extremely grateful for. My communication throughout the process with both Jasmine and Kali have been excellent they have called and text keeping me updated on the repairs. Both people who delivered and collected the courtesy car were lovely and very helpful. The repairs made to my car are outstanding you would never know anything had happened to the car it is flawless. The time scale was incredible and with Christmas upon us too it was done so promptly. I am so impressed with the all aspects of fix auto.
