My interaction with Fixauto has been excellent from the communication in arranging my vehicle repairs, through to my vehicle being delivered back to my home address upon completion of the repair work.
Throughout the time my vehicle was with FixAuto I was kept up to date with email and voicemail messages explaining the current timeline of when my car repairs where scheduled to be complete.

Fantastic service. Explained what and why they were doing the work. Made it simple for me to understand. Car was with them for less time than expected. Staff I spoke to on the phone or in the branch were helpful and knowledgeable.

Found the whole experience much less complicated than I thought it would be. Everyone was kind polite and helpful. Car was collected on time with the workings of the hire car fully explained to me. The car was away for a shorter time than expected and I was kept fully aware of progress and when the car would be returned. On receipt of the car i discovered the work had been completed to a highly professional standard. I have no complaints about this company whatsoever, and would not hesitate to use them again.

Started off very well with a very informative lady booking me a courtesy vehicle. I was advised repairs would take approx 2 weeks. After two weeks I had to chase for an update. Two week later I had to chase for another update to be told parts on back order. Called again a week later and spoke to someone called Jackie who was incredibly rude on the phone and I couldn’t get a word in edgeways and I was supposed to be the customer. The car was due back after 6 weeks to be told calibrations weren’t working and needed main dealer to investigate. After approx 8 weeks my car was returned. Only helpful person in the company was a guy called Chris who sympathised but kept us informed. Not sure I’d use again to be honest.

Insurance repairs
From the first call made to my insurance company I was told Fix up would call me.
Which they did explained everything to me advised on the courtesy vehicle and bang on time Mark arrived with a car and drove my to Colchester Fix up .
I received e mails and phone calls throughout the period of time my car was with them.
From collection to collecting my car was so quick ( less then 2 working weeks)
When i arrived at Colchester Scott was amazing went through all the repairs came with me to inspect my car.
Which I have to add was so clean and polished.
I cannot speak highly enough of the service that was provided to me impeccable all around.
No room for improvement continue your amazing hard work.
