Professional repair work, but poor communication with Insurance Company.
The repairs were done in a timely manner and well executed. I was well informed through the whole process , and reception was always helpful.
Communication with my insurance company should have been better, on a number of occasions I was told I would have to pay an excess, when this was not correct.
I was given a quote for some additional work , which was completely unnecessary. Luckily I did not take up this quote.

Excellent and friendly communication is what sets this garage apart. It's easy to get through to them on the phone and you then get helpful information. Whilst the car was with them, they sent text updates. The car was ready a couple of days earlier than they estimated. The repair looks great and the car was returned clean.
