Apart from nearly 5 weeks waiting time for repair the customer service was amazing 👏 but its understandable they need to wait for parts from other countries that sometimes take longer.

Done a fantastic job on repairing my motability car. It took less time than I was originally told. I also was able to track the progress on the repair being done on my car.

Quick and professional service. I had a small bump in my car and sent photos to the insurance company. I then arranged an appointment for the repairs and dropped my car off at Fix Autos in Aberdare and I was given a courtesy car. They provided me with a link so I could keep a track of the progress of the repairs. The repairs were completed a lot quicker than I expected and I was able to exchange.cars. All repairs done with satisfaction.

before you get your car insurance or otherwise repaired here at Fix Auto Aberdare just take a look at the internal pics on google reviews on how my car was delivered back to me.i would never have signed off on my car being returned it is filthy inside and needs a professional internal valet and to top it off they left my car wheels crushed against the kirb.absolutely disgusting service.i should have read the dreadful consistent reviews before my insurance company had them to do the work.

Says it all really when the company fix auto takes 9months to leave a “standard “ reply from some of the comments it seems nearly
as long as they take to fix other cars . My comment stands AVOID FIX AUTO just take a look at how my car was returned and dreadful
Customer service .

Service from start to finish was excellent phone calls were polite and informative app kept us to date with timing of repair, overall first class service.

Although it took a few weeks to get my vehicle into the garage for repair. (No fault of fix Auto).
Once in the garage I was surprised at the quick turnaround and how happy I was with the high quality of workmanship.
Debs the lovely lady in reception communicated with me throughout the process.
Her friendliness and excellent custoner service skills are a credit to your company.

Great service, I was a little sceptical when Admiral (other vehicles insurer) called me to ask for them to arrange the repair rather than going through my own insurance, but it was faultless service and an excellent repair, car looks like new. Would highly recommend.
