V Good experience

When applying for my UK visa communication was very slow and inefficient. When I was waiting for an appointment for my English exam there was a radiosilence. When I received the result I had to fill in some forms as expected but for some of the forms I had to contact my local government which took precious time, also as expected. If I received all the forms I had to fill out sooner then I would have saved +/- 2 weeks on my visa application process. Overall was the experience with Five Star alright but I do feel that this is an issue they have to address to make their service smoother and less stressful.

Five Star International has been absolutely exceptional. They supported me through my Skilled Worker visa process at a time when I felt completely overwhelmed, stressed, and worried about my future in the UK.
Their advice was accurate, and made sure the application was done correctly and on time.

I especially want to mention Kate Binnie, who went above and beyond in every possible way. Kate has been kind, understanding and supportive. If it was not for Kate, we may not have been able to stay in the UK and I will always be grateful for her help.
