Ich habe dort bisher eine Sache gekauft. Alles unkompliziert und der Erhalt erfolgreich.
Ich versuche aber seit Monaten (!!!) Kontakt mit dem Unternehmen aufzunehmen, damit mein Account gelöscht wird. Es wird einfach nicht reagiert und bin kurz davor mich bei entsprechenden Stellen zu beschweren. Laut AGBs ist es für EU-Bürger ohne Probleme möglich... wie, wenn einfach jede E-Mail ignoriert wird?

I have bought one thing there so far. Everything was uncomplicated and the receipt was successful.
However, I have been trying to contact the company for months (!!!) to have my account deleted. There is simply no response and I am about to complain to the appropriate authorities. According to the terms and conditions, it is possible for EU citizens without any problems... how can this be possible if every email is simply ignored?
What a mess!
