Got it at dubai Airport on way home

Got it at dubai Airport on way home. Got burger fries and coffee. They did my coffee first sat down waited for meal. I think they should have done all at same time. Meal ready asked for tray looked gone out no trays. Went to sit down Got sugar for cofee no milk had to go up again and get milk from counter which was now cold. I complained but they didn't seemed bothered. After that I couldn't enjoy my food left half of it, never use it again.

**Review for Five Guys

Five Guys, Staines Two Rivers, London

I recently visited the Five Guys at Staines Two Rivers, and I was extremely disappointed by the treatment I received. After using the washroom, I was shocked when the manager approached me and began yelling, accusing me of using the facilities without making a purchase. This kind of disrespectful behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from a manager who should know better.

this location needs to seriously improve in that area.

Five Guys Nottingham Market Square

The way the product was served was gross: the hot dog and burger were wrapped in silver foil making them soggy. They were then placed into a flimsy paper bag and a mountain of fries was dropped on top of them. When I opened the bag, half of the fries fell onto the dirty table and were thus inedible. Why can't they simply use a tray?

The hot dog was average and my friend said their burger was also average. The fries were truly terrible: greasy, burnt and yet somehow devoid of flavour. They literally tasted of nothing, not even potato. We left most of the 50% that weren't already wasted.
Order also took 15 minutes to prep and it ends up being expensive - a full meal with drink is nudging £15 per person

Helpful Luke

Would just like to say how helpful Luke was in Five Guys Harlow, expensive for a takeaway but the helpfulness of Luke made up for it!

Its my spoil me spot and date night go…

Its my spoil me spot and date night go to.I hit the Foley Alabama site.The day crew is fantastic.Look to you cheap ,allergic hippies stay away.This place clearly isn't for your weak constitutional minds.It is for f u I want a bad a** burger,fries and a bacon shake.Now I don't know for sure,,but I've been told they have a afibulator for you if you have a heart attack.I recommend just let the bust the nut,,don't try to hold it in.

It is always something

Everytime I order something they forget something. This has happened often, and when I called them to say that it is getting really frustrating to keep missing something, they simply tell me to deal with it. I did not accept this and I told them I pay good money everytime I order and everytime I miss something. The guy said he would see what he could do for me, put me on hold, and then just hung up..
These people are incompetent and rude.

Not safe for allergy sufferers

My son has a severe sesame allergy. We asked for the allergy menu and clearly explained this to the server in French - he could die if he eats sesame seeds. We ordered a plain hot dog without bread or garnishes. The sausage arrived with sesame seeds all over the metal lid. In addition to this, the veggie sandwich was disgusting. A squashed bun with a couple of bits of onion and lettuce. Both burgers were very undercooked - we know the French like this, but they were pink all through. It was so busy and hectic downstairs that we couldn't face trying to complain - we were tired and hungry. 3 of us ate some chips (my son with allergies was quite rightly too scared of cross contamination) we drank our sofas and threw the rest of the meal away. So we paid 75.10 Euros for chips and sofas. We have been to Five Guys in the UK and USA and have never had such a shocking experience. We would like a refund for the hot dog, hamburger, veggie sandwich and cheeseburger.

Corporate America

I order my phone for pick up at the location below at 3:27PM, was told 10 mins. My wife is already on the road so she stops by to pick it up pays, its 3:57 PM and walks to the front to see where the order is at and its just sitting there because nobody calls it out that its ready how they always do and had to be remade. With 4 workers in the kitchen while its being remade they all leave expect one guy that stayed. I honestly cant believe these people show up to get paid. I know if 5 guys corporate knew about it they will definitely do something about it!

Huge disappointment!

Read some good reviews about Five Guys and so tried a delivery for a family order and our experience next to the good reviews, well “The Emperor’s New Clothes” comes to mind. We were looking all forward with anticipation of our evening meal, but when the order arrived with the tiny burgers tightly wrapped in foil like a sad packed lunch and marked only in numbered stickers that we supposed were intended to somehow differentiate what was actually wrapped inside, it was a huge disappointment and at the price of a “gourmet burger” it felt like an utter rip-off, and gourmet this certainly ain’t, in fact I think they make roadside burger vans look gourmet in comparison. The only thing gourmet was the price. The bread was the cheapest, sweetened unfermented ultra processed ‘cotton wool’ bread you could find, and the rest of the ingredients as the bright coloured ultra processed cheese slices pretty much of the same low quality, looked and tasted no better. The burger small and dry, nothing seemed fresh. The fries mediocre, but packed in an open paper cup and so inevitably spilt all over the bag, and at almost £7 a portion of chips that’s just unacceptable. The delivery was swift and that’s about the only positive, but it arrived cold. As for the “All Beef Hotdog”, one bite and it was binned, couldn’t have tasted more processed if it tried, and by “all beef” I take it that’s ambiguous loophole deceptive marketing whereby whatever vague content of beef may be in the product is the all beef part, because nothing about it resembled and nor tasted like actual beef. Food and presentation, would give zero stars if the opinion was available. Waste of money. Really disappointing. NEVER EVER AGAIN!
