I am writing to express my frustration regarding an issue I encountered during my visit to your branch in Malaysia on August 5, 2025.

After placing my order, there was an error with the order, and I decided to cancel it. However, even though the amount was charged to my card, I was informed that the payment would be refunded within 3 days. Unfortunately, 10 days have passed, and I have yet to receive the refund.

I have sent several emails inquiring about the status of my refund, but I have not received any response or resolution from your team.

I wish there is a "minus star". My experience was awful. They messed up my order at O'Fallon. They promised me a refund and I never got it! And they stopped replying to me. This is BS.

I like 5 guys, usually very good. Not today. The tomatoes were green, not ripe. Why would you put them on a sandwich??

Went to the five guys in Idaho falls with a big appetite expecting a big load of fries but this time I was very disappointed. I usually love five guys but lately they are skipping out on the generosity with the fries. My meal cost $30 for 2 cheeseburgers, 1 regular drink, and one regular fries, normally a regular is enough to feed 2 people, it's more like an extra large but this time a regular is like an extra small. What a waist of money and time let's face it, the generous size if fries is the reason why people come here.

The employees were sweethearts. The burgers were good but the fries were soggy and not appetizing at all. It was a first time eating there . We woke this morning and my husband’s cc was hacked for over more than 400 on gift cards. Beware when you go this five guys this could be you accounting for money being added to any of your debit or cc . This is quite upsetting because now we don’t want to go to this restaurant again . The food is good but the security is lacking! Be careful we work too hard for our money for some stupid hacker to take our money and sell or buy gift cards! Makes me so livid the world we are living in!

Good burger, little boring, no searing on the burger which gives a better taste but the fries were over salted and half of them were over cooked. Gave me a stomach ache.

They shrunk the burger size no good l must rather have preferred raise cost not shrink the burger no more 5 guys for me

Wish I would have read the reviews before I went. My First time. Yonge & Sheppard local. Burger was thin dry and tasted like sawdust. Toppings were meagre fries were all broken in pieces... all for $18.51. Won't EVER be back. This isn't junk food. It's pure highway robbery and garbage. In fact they took down their Google review page... Gee I wonder why.

First time and last time. 5 guys a La Cañada -a cheese toastie which was greasy with revolting flavourless plastic cheese, a hamburger for my husband which he said wasn’t very pleasant, some awful fries between us and a drink for husband. No coffee available. Expensive, slow service and a really unpleasant meal.

Ordered food for the family, waited patiently, and when we got it home, it was like they didn’t even read the ticket. Special requests were ignored, items were missing, and one of the meals had something in it we don't eat for personal reasons. Called the store, and they offered a replacement but didn’t seem to understand the seriousness of the mistake. No refund, no accountability. Just a cold, dismissive tone like we were the problem. Absolutely unacceptable.

Went to store 1900 tamaimi trail port Charlotte Florida...order was all wrong
1burger said pickels lettuce and Mayo got tomatoes and no mayo..2nd burger order bacon and paid for bacon guess what!!!! No bacon!!!!

On the 14th I made an error and made a pick up order for $30 at this location. I didn't realize I had the wrong location. Within 2 minute I called the store and spoke with the "manager". I explained MY error and asked how to cancel it. He said that the "general manager George" (refused his last name) would credit my account in 3 days. I apologized and thanked him because it was my mistake, trusting they would keep their word. Typical fashion for businesses here, never was credited. Now I have to pursue the credit card company and law enforcement and BBB. Please don't get ripped off like I was for some high priced hamburgers. No ethics anymore!!!

First time to five guys and thought for upwards of £10 a burger it would be worth it.
What makes a cheeseburger ? The meat and the cheese ,everything else is just window dressing. So got a plain cheeseburger, no toppings to properly test the base ingredients.
Never had a meat and cheese that were so bland, truly awful.

I was very pleased with my order and everything was correct and I was very pleased with the worker called Zachariah and the last thing I really enjoyed my little bacon cheese burger.

Okay food could be warmer chips were only Luke warm

A family of 4 went to the branch in the oracle in Reading, our order came all wrong and it meant to be for a different customer.
3 out of 4 stayed with what they have because they are hungry and they offer to bring another burger, few minuets after i noticed that there is bacon in my sons burger and we do not eat bacon, again they said they will give me the money for this one, but how about that you made a child eat bacon and he is not suppose to do that, do you think sorry and a sandwich is enough, worse experience for me and they refused to pay for my whole meal, and said we cant do anything else.

Fries are good. burgers and service could use a bit of work

We were charged $26 for 1 patty, 1 hotdog and 2 small fries. The burger was small, dry and only came with a bun. Same for the hot dog. Even with inflation, this was ridiculous. We will NEVER go again. And my husband told me the men’s room was very dirty.
