Yelp is a total scam. There is nothing credible about this organization. There is no quality control. They print inappropriate information about describing your business that you do not ask for or authorize. They play both ends against the middle then hold you hostage to pay them to remove inaccurate information. Anybody in or outside the community are allowed to say anything. A bad player neighbor or coworker can say anything they want that has nothing to do with your business and there is no accountability. Stay away from them. You simply do not want Yelp representing your business.

Scrape and create profile pages for businesses then litter it with fabricated poor reviews before trying to charge the companies to remove the fake ratings.

They are bloody scammer, Who ever see reviews against any companies on their website don't believe that, Totally fake. They are entering the reviews on their website with fake name, fake information and then if you want reply on those review, they will start charging you the money. Just ignore these scammers and kick their ass everywhere.

Scam extortion site filled with fake reviews. None of the reviews are for actual clients. They just build up fake profiles trying to get you to pay for them.

They are clearly a scam and write fake negative reviews to get you to sign up on their website. 100% not accurate.

Be aware . Its totally fraud and SCAM company giving FAKE & Negative review randomly on all companies via using AI bots .. Don't trust on it and avoid. I found my company listed on this website where many people putted comments which I don't know them and they never took any services ever with our company. All the comments are FAKE . So, don't trust on it . I already reported this website and as well on Google too. I also send mail to remove my company profile from there fu@king website. If I not get any response from them I will take legal action on it and will go for police complain and register the FIR. They are scammers.

So these scammers are basically trying to extort money out of businesses by creating fake reviews and trashing your reputation.

It’s disgusting behavior, as I’m sure we will all agree. The best way to tackle someone like this is to report to the page to Google as spam and false information.

It’s worth taking the time to do it, and if enough people complain about this atrocity they will be sandboxed by Google; just search ‘Google report spam’

Fake website putting fake reviews of the companies and asking money to remove the reviews.

I've had the misfortune of dealing with five.reviews, and I can confirm it's nothing short of a scam operation. Here's my ordeal:

Firstly, I noticed my company listed on this site with completely fabricated, negative reviews. None of these reviews were from real customers, and they were clearly designed to harm my business's reputation. I reached out to five.reviews directly, sending three requests for clarification or removal, but received zero response.

Digging deeper, I ran a WHOIS lookup on the domain, only to find all identifying data hidden. Cloudflare further obscured the registrar's details, making it a maze to find any accountability. I contacted Cloudflare, who is now investigating, but the process is slow. I also reached out to Google, asking for the site to be removed from search results due to its deceptive practices, and they're considering it.

The payment angle is where it gets even more scandalous; they use Stripe, and I informed Stripe about this scam, hoping to cut off their revenue stream. To "fix" the false reviews, five.reviews demands you sign up and pay a hefty fee to "claim" your business, which I outright refuse to do, knowing it's just another scam tactic to extort money from legitimate businesses.

It's public knowledge now that five.reviews has been reported to both the FBI and the FTC for these unethical practices. They're creating a false narrative around businesses, essentially blackmailing them into paying for reputation management.

In summary, five.reviews is not just a bad review site; it's a fraudulent operation preying on the hard-earned reputations of businesses. Avoid at all costs, protect your business, and if you're affected, join the chorus demanding action from regulatory bodies. This site needs to be shut down before it ruins more lives and livelihoods.

The website five.reviews is entirely fake, creating fraudulent company profiles without any permissions and posting false reviews.

The company is a scam. They created my company's profile there, copied information from other, more reliable sites, and now there're lots of fake reviews there not in any way connected to my company's activities. Feels like they are either fake or left for another company that has a similar naming. Tried contacting them to delete my company's profile - didn't receive any reply at all.

None of the so called reviews are legitimate, as we have never even worked with these clients, nor have we issued quotations for any of them.

They should remove all the reviews, as well as our company/listing, as soon as possible and confirm once this request has been attended to.

This company is a fraud and a scam company. They are impersonating my company as well as commiting slander with AI bots. I am reporting them the FTC and the FBI. This company is located in England and I have found their linkedin with a goldfish as a profile photo. I have a friend that works in the government and I will see if I can really have the FBI conduct a very thorough investigation. This company is a scam and fraud and google.com needs to know about them. This website needs to be taken off the Google search completely. I recommend we report this company over and over again- How dare they persecute hard working business owners that get nothing but 5 star reviews like us! It's ridiculous! Review sites need to be monitored more. Especially with AI- nothing but fake bot reviews. Made me so upset today!

I found my company profile reviewed on this scam website, and there were negative comments from people I don't even know. They are even wrong about our company's services field.

All this sighnings in rubbish simply out me off, and makes me not want to watch by the time I go in to internet search my five log in it's already annoyed me , no thanks.

I found my company review on this Scammer website five.review. Who are giving review on my company I even know them. I didn't do any business outside Bangladesh. But here who are commenting review they are not from my country. I think they should be punished.
