I found the information about the product easily and in detail. Delivery was smooth, and the product is great.

I am very disappointed with this shop, they sold me a defect machine,after 3 days of use i ear a strange noise coming inside the machine.The mechanic already came to my house 3 times and still not fixed.I told them i want my money back or a new machine I didn't spent 600 euros to buy a defect machine, and they pretend that they don't know what I'm talking about. I will now speak with a lawyer to find out my rights. Be careful with what you buy in this store, customer service are very bad, it's been already 3 months and they did not solved my problem.

Some time last year, I ordered a pedal machine to help with my recent knee surgery. Unfortunately, it never arrived because my neighbours stole the package. However, Fitwinkel promptly resent another, at no charge. I am very grateful for their excellent service (and product).

I ordered a rowing machine, which broke after one week. They did send me a replacement for the broken piece only, without any offer to repair the damage. So now I'm left with figuring out how to do it myself. It is a part of the mechanism, nothing which was part of the assembly before. Quite surprising behaviour.

Treadmill was chosen as it came with Free Installation. Day of the event I had to carry with the very nice delivery person (not related to firwinkel) and then build the machine. 90 euro value and no solution or even acknowledgement or warning of the problem.

If you read the reviews, the customer service seems a nonsense.

ordered with them because of the next day delivery they offer. All of the items except one came the following day. The delivery company they used for the last item kept saying they tried to deliver, even when I was home the whole day, i kept having to call to arrange a new delivery day. in total spent 5 days not leaving the house waiting for the delivery and it still didnt come. They also had my phone number to call but they never called. Had to cancel this last item with them and re-order with another company. Complete waste of my time, very frustrating. They should be careful who they use for their deliveries!
