This should be a 5 star review. The product quality is excellent, the pricing very competitive. The design process was simple, and the team went out of their way to order me a door type which they no longer stocked. It took longer to deliver, but this was well communicated and I was happy to wait for the right product.
From delivery onwards it went downhill. On delivery day, our driver informed us he had been double booked, so it was just him, rather than a 2 man team. This meant my husband had to help get the heaviest items upstairs, which meant missing a couple of meetings (fortunately he was working from home!)
We assembled the carcasses with no problem, and moved on to fitting them to the wall and installing the doors. We needed to request some missing instructions from the Fittingly team, but these were provided quickly.
After following the instructions, we ended up with a discrepancy. We watched the videos a few more times, but it still wasn't matching, so I reached out to the Fittingly team on August 31st describing the issue.
A couple of days later, I called to check my email was received, made sense, and checked if any more info was needed. I was told the rework would be ordered that week.
That week passed, so I called again, and there were issues with team absences so the rework hadn't been raised.
I called again, and was told the same thing.
I called again, and was told I had built the wardrobe incorrectly, and needed to speak to a fitter.
I spoke to the fitter, who reviewed my photos and confirmed I had been sent out of date instructions, which is why I could not complete the build. We agreed that I still needed the rework raised.
After about another week, I followed up again, and a rework was raised but with incorrect components. I saw the measurements in the rework, and sent the correct ones back across. That was two weeks ago, and still no news or response to any of my messages.
I've now been waiting over 5 weeks for the rework to be raised - I need 3 components to complete the build. I've had to store HUGE wardrobe doors all this time, taking up much needed space in my home. It's a huge disappointment - the quality is great, the price is competitive, but the team working in aftercare are clearly understaffed and not able to help smooth out when things go wrong. Everyone I have spoken with has been very pleasant, but ultimately I have not got the product I purchased, and fixing that should not be this hard.

This was our first experience of using Fittingly. Had two separate wardrobes designed and fitted into recesses each side of a chimney. James Pope, their fitter, was fantastic! No complaints about his workmanship, cleanliness and politeness...thank you James.
As things have gone extremely well with Fittingly we're now moving onto our second wardrobe design which includes three recesses. I've already requested James as the fitter for this one too 🤞

I had living room base cabinets fitted recently as part of my living room renovation. Thomas and Mani fitted the cabinets for me. On arrival they were friendly polite snd professional. They got the job done seamlessly, and even filled in gaps and gave the cabinets a sealant finish.
Thomas and mani were great and I cannot express enough now happy I am with the job and with them both and their work.
I would be very happy for Thomas and mani to be part of any future home renovations I do!

We came across Fittingly after initial getting a quote from Sharpes, The pricing was really competitive + timeline for delivery inside 8 weeks. The wardrobes look great. James Pope did a great job installing - I'd 100% recommend.

Great service at competitive price. Was sent to Fittingly after Sharpes were too expensive for our bedroom wardrobe and desk. All the design was done virtually. Really please with the result, Mark Thompson fitted them expertly with a calm precision, thank you. Also shout out to the delivery driver for lifting all the bits up two flights of stairs.

Our experience with Fittingly was very positive from the start. The team were efficient and friendly and kept us updated throughout the process. Our fitter, George, was professional and polite. He provided an excellent service and we were very happy with the fitted cupboards. There was slight problem with one of the hanging rails but that was due to the parts he was supplied. We expect this to be resolved shortly.

An update on the 11th October, third time of posting - Fittingly still haven't solved the problem and completed the job. I've been promised call backs so many times with nothing forthcoming, that I have lost all faith in them. Not even the trust pilot team or their customer service team via their website have got back to me. We're still in the dark and are tempted to complete the job ourselves.
Not long after the first review, I was contacted by the trustpilot team at Fittingly, late I received a phone call from customer services, they said they'd call me back every Friday to keep me updated on the progress. That didn't happen, but last week I had an email to inform me that of the delivery date for the replacement part, which when it turned up wasn't related to the current problem, I had to contact customer services to cancel the fitter who contacted me to tell me that they were turning up to fit the part at 12.30 that day. I was also promised a call back to confirm what was happening to resolve the issue and when it was happening. No phone call or contact from anyone in Fittingly. It's over a month since I wrote the following review and the installation hasn't been completed yet. Any contact has been instigated by myself and still no sign of a resolution to my problem, Fittingly are blaming the fitter, but he's employed by/contracted to, by them and I paid the money to Fittingly rather than the fitter.
The end is not in sight.
The whole experience has been a catalogue of disasters. Initially the design did not include the back panels that we required, this cost us an extra £1000. The materials were delivered on time, but the fitter had to stop work as one of the panels was visibly damaged, the replacement panel was incorrect and the day before the correct panel was due to arrive another fitter turned up, all he could do was to check that there were the correct materials to finish the job. When the next fitter arrived, he had to leave halfway through the day as he’d broken a saw blade that wouldn’t be available until the following day, when he returned he identified that the end section of the wall panelling was missing, he ordered a replacement and when after 4 missed visits he managed to break the replacement end section, this was delayed due to the Bank holiday it should have been delivered this week, but we’ve heard nothing from him to arrange a new date. The whole process has been going on since the 9th of May and it’s still not finished.

I have now amended my review of this company because of how horrendous their communication is.
They messed up my SEVEN THOUSAND POUND order and stopped building one of the wardrobes halfway through due to it being the wrong colours and then have left me with wood and boxes that are taking up one of my bedrooms.
We keep emailing to find out when this will be resolved and we have been ignored. Multiple emails have now been sent asking for a date for my new wardrobe and nothing.
We were told this would be pushed through the warehouse as urgent, yet here we are a month after the wardrobes were supposed to be fitted with no date for when this will be resolved.
I completely regret using this company. Fittingly is a huge money grab. Do not order from them, you will waste your money!!

Really liked the online design tool and the ability to design very accurately to the space available. Telephone help and guidance in the final stage of design was very good - and patient when I made a late change of colour! Delivery time was as forecast and delivery itself was efficient and full marks for the lack of packaging. Assembly was generally straightforward but did need a fair degree of DIY experience where the instructions were not fully detailed. Very happy with the installed furniture - solid-feeling and clean appearance; doors and drawers work well.

Lee and his assistant were both very friendly and respectful. They worked incredibly hard and were clearly very committed to fitting the product to the highest standards.
They left the room in an immaculate state and were happy to spend time showing us features such as soft close doors and drawers. Excellent!
