Quality product and service

The garden hose is really good quality. Much better than some of the products out there. After two years of heavy use it is still going strong. Also customer service is excellent. When I did have a small issue with the spray gun the customer service team were really helpful and quick to rectify the problem. I would happily recommend this to any gardener.

The Spray Head Gun Broken…

The Spray Head Gun had ceased to operate and could not stop the water flow.

the response from YOYO FITT Customer Care was excellent. I have no hestitation in recommending FIT products for thei Customer Care back up.

Service by Sofia

MOST RELIABLE…

The service and care that was shown I will pass on . The hose is fantastic everyone should have one. The little bag to keep it in is great too. The company more than many are very reliable. Thank you so much

Excellent and efficient service.

I contacted Fitt in Italy by email, because the spray head of my YoYo hose had broken. They were extremely efficient and fast in responding - only 5 days later my replacement Spray Head arrived from Italy.
