If only I had read the reviews before I bought these!! They do not help with weight loss and are a complete waste of money. This company relies on people struggling to lose weight just to make money. It is a total scam!!!

Do not trust this company or any of their products. They will not honour their 60 day refund guarantee. The product is rubbish and doesn’t work. Anyone that says it does is delusional.
Oh and another thing don’t do as I did ie; gave them a month to see if they worked (they didn’t) then try to get a refund via them and PayPal, No chance from them directly so tried via PayPal and got the case closed in their favour quoting that the 30 day period had passed to make a claim. So be careful everyone.

I started using these supplements to manage my weight more consistently, and I’m honestly impressed. Within the first couple of weeks, I felt more energetic and less tempted to snack between meals. It didn’t feel harsh on my stomach and fit easily into my daily routine. The biggest difference was improved portion control — I felt full faster and stayed satisfied longer. Definitely a smart addition to a healthy lifestyle.

Complete waste of time. Tried the product for 2 months. Zero effect!!!

I own a full-scale commercial gym (not a boutique studio) with strong group fitness programming, so we were an ideal partner for FitSmart. We ran campaigns in Fall 2021, Fall 2022, and Spring 2024.

Round 1 (2021): Excellent
Great rep. Professional. Delivered 120 new members in 2 weeks. Smooth experience.

Round 2 (2022): Major Problems
We got 130 members, but the rep misled prospects just to close sales. New members were promised:
• Dedicated specialty classes that didn’t exist
• A trainer available at all hours

Neither was true. When I escalated this to management, I was told:
“As a fitness club owner, you’re good at handling fallout, so you’ll just have to handle this too.”

We were left managing angry members, broken expectations, and damage to our gym’s reputation — because in the end, everything falls back on the fitness club, not FitSmart.

Round 3 (2024): Underperformed
I was assured prior issues wouldn’t happen again. This time they delivered about 50% of expected signups.

Lead Quality Reality
Across all three campaigns, FitSmart brought us 310 total members.
By Spring 2025, only 12 remained active.

Roughly:
• 50% went to collections
• About 50% canceled

This is not sustainable membership growth. It creates billing issues, staff strain, and constant churn — and again, the reputation impact lands on the gym, not the marketing company.

The Biggest Issue – Billing & Exit
In 2025, FitSmart chose to end our partnership, saying we didn’t have enough remaining members to split revenue.

That’s their right — but:
• No notice was given
• Payments to us stopped without communication
• Members are still being billed through NAC, the agreed billing partner
• We are receiving $0 while our former members are still charged
• NAC has been unresponsive and extremely difficult to deal with

We were told to move members onto our own billing, which we’ve done, yet outside billing has continued.

Bottom Line
FitSmart can generate volume, but:
• Oversight of sales reps is inconsistent
• Lead quality is poor
• Fallout becomes the gym’s problem
• Your brand reputation takes the hit, not theirs
• Post-partnership support is nonexistent
• Their billing partner is a serious liability

I cannot recommend this company to established commercial gyms.

I paid over £100 for 3 months supply of Nuvia, I have put weight on, not lost a thing, only my money!!! Rubbish company making money fraudulently from mugs like me

Absolute rubbish the capsules dont work their advertising is fraudulent. They do not respond to the emails. I asked for my money back and the email came back to me

Absolutely appalling company. Their advertising is fraudulently showing their product Nuvia weight loss capsules as being endorsed by Dragons Den and Boots. Having been conned out of over £100 by them I did some research and find they are not endorsed by either Dragons Den nor Boots.
Trading Standards should be looking at this business and taking action against them.

I ordered tablets from this company. If I had read the reviews before hand then I probably wouldn't have done so. I realised I had made a mistake shortly after placing the order. I git intouch with the company explaining this and they advised me on what to do.when my order came. I did this to the letter and sent them the relevant proof that I had done so. Over two weeks now and I am still waiting for my refund. How are companies allowed to get away with it ?

payment was declined, so order cancelled, but they tried to take money multiple times (more than the sales price as well) but credit card co Tesco, alerted me to potential fraud We have to cancel card as a result

I had a similar experience think how marvellous that all the Dragon Den were in on this product. Only to find out a total scam

Absolute rubbish. Don’t waste your money

Placed order delivery date given and UPS Tracking, Order stock in transit and not moving, 7 days later still no show, Emailed numerous times, New order dispatched with no tracking details, Total scam do not purchase, Only pounds I lost was monetary. APPARENTLY If it was to turn up doesn't work, According to bank i have to wait 31 days for them to retract the money

My PayPal account was used to take money out of my account when I have never heard of or used this company. I have requested PayPal to investigate.

Update:
I have just had notice from PayPal that these were unauthorised activities. They have refunded me fully.

I ordered tablets on thinking they were endorsed by dragons den ,when I released they were not I tried to cancel 3hrs after order I received an email saying I'd get an extra 10per cent discount I said no thank you I still whant to cancel i then got an email saying to late order has been dispatched .I then got a email saying if I didn't whant them to refuse items when delivered which I did I waited 2 weeks and sent them a email saying I'd returned items I would like a refund no answer ,I've since been in contact with PayPal and have now received my money back just glad I paid with PayPal....so don't buy Fistmart tablets it's a scam . Had seen an offer on TikTok to buy a bottle £25 of these fat burn tablets using well known to Doctor chatterjay, then checked my bank to see if payment had gone through..only to find out that they had took £129 ..my bank says to email them as it was just two days ago ..
After reading they are fake on trust a pilot and many customer reviews ..I’ve tried to email them through there German website page to cancel and refund my bank ..disgusting the way these companies work ..never again will I buy online . 😠

Very disappointed ..never recived product to use ..now trying to get a refund .

This product has been a waste of my money! I followed the instructions and have not lost any weight....

Total scam! Contacted them to inform I would be sending the product back including empty tub I had used. Offered topay for used tub and asked for refund. Their reply was to be patient and to follow a calorie controlled diet. Explained that the tablets were a complete scam and wanted my money back. I'm still waiting!

I purchased from fitsmart & spent £69.90 & never received anything. Think this is a scam.
