I did take the time to write a note to Thomas as requested below and basically got the same runaround. You’ve already requested a refund and as it states in our terms, we don’t cover that which is fine. I didn’t expect them to pay for the return postage, but I also didn’t expect it to be $18 when the shipping to get to me three dollars. And the worst part is, there’s no Thomas. It was the same person who talked to me through the support system. They’ve been very helpful but not accommodating.

I spent about 10 minutes trying to figure out how to turn off the silly alarm so it won’t keep going off while it’s being shipped back and it’s impossible. This is a piece of garbage. Please don’t buy it.

Additionally, I’m guessing this review will never see the light of day because they say unless you jump through so many hoops it is an unconfirmed purchase. So it seems the reason they have so many high reviews is because they delete anybody who complains.

I bought this wrist alarm believing the glowing reviews and expecting a useful, intuitive device. What I got was buyer's remorse and a crash course in bad product design.

Let's start with the return policy. They advertise a 30-day return window, but what they don't tell you upfront is that return shipping will cost you at least $18. That's a hidden fee designed to discourage you from sending it back. Deliberately keeping that information off the listing is, at best, deceptive.

The device itself is bafflingly difficult to use. Setting the year is a perfect example: if you scroll past the year you need, the only way back is to cycle through every year up to 2099 before wrapping around to the 2020s again. No shortcut. No reverse scroll. Just your time, wasted. And if you make a wrong move trying to navigate to the alarm settings, you accidentally reset the time and have to start from scratch. Every interaction feels like a trap.

This is not worth your money or the hours you'll spend trying to make it work. To make matters worse, this exact product is available on Amazon at lower prices with free, hassle-free returns. Buying directly from this company means you pay more and have fewer consumer protections.

Do yourself a favor and skip this entirely. Buy elsewhere, or buy something else altogether. This company earns its one star.

This alarm is perfect if you are a mid to heavy sleeper, but are not able to have a loud blaring alarm go off due to others being in close proximity. I have worked a 15hr shift, slept for a few hours, and then with the alarm, I was able to wake up and get to my next shift with ease! I love the option to set multiple alarms with increased vibration. It is a gentler way to wake up and I have consistently woken up to the first or second alarm and then turned off the third. Would definitely recommend for first responders or anyone who does shift work and lives with others.

I’m a really deep sleeper and I purchased the standard FitSleep hoping it would help me wake up easier. Unfortunately it didn’t work out as planned. I emailed the customer service team and they suggested I try a few things for a week and if it still didn’t work to reach back out. I tried and still failed. I emailed them back and they told me about the Pro version. That the amount I had already spent would be taken off the cost of the ones I had already purchased. So I upgraded. My order is on its way. FitSleeps made everything so easy and they were so helpful and accommodating in the whole thing. Best customer service I’ve experienced thus far!

Ok so it wakes me up better then a sound alarm. I have the Pro-Version. But two things should be improved, an even stronger vibration would be nice and way more important different wristband sizes. The wristband is even on the tightest hole slightly to big for me which makes it less effective because the vibrating part doesn't always touch my wrist in the mornig so I can feel it less. So please make wristbands in different sizes that you can choose from when buying.

Honestly worked exactly how I needed it, it was a little difficult to set up the time but after that it was an amazing device.

Watch is comfortable and soft, there is no problem sleeping with it. It is simple and understandable to use. When the vibrations weren’t strong enough to wake me, it was simple and easy to upgrade to the pro version with the help of the support team

Incredible product! Recommend to every heavy sleeper. I am an insane heavy sleeper that set 3 loud alarms that wake only my wife who is in a different room but not me. So I decided to try this product and it works great on me

The watch is super simple. It works like a charm waking me up without me being stressed I will miss it. Being hard of hearing made it difficult to hear a standard alarm clock. This has been a game changer and I am so glad I found it. I recently obtained the clasp bracelet for it so I don't accidentally undo it in my sleep (I have woken up with the band in my hand before). Thank you for creating this awesome product!

When I had an issue with checkout automatically removing the charger, the customer service team made sure that 1) I knew there was no charger in my order and 2) how exactly that happened -some automatic thing. They were respectful and quick to give me a solution to send me a charger for this- I’m very happy with this very human and top notch team!

This thing actually works, first I ordered the casual version of fitsleep. Then I realise I am a heavy sleeper, I talked to their support, they are very responsive and nice.
They gave me 80% off for the pro version and 100 days to try.
Their return policy is good. They take good care of their customers,
Now I have pro version and it works much better.
I don’t need any phone alarm and it wakes me up whenever I want.
I have full control over my mornings now.
I am happy with my fit sleep.

I ordered the FitSleep Standard and it’s worked well. I realize that I would benefit from the longer battery life and stronger alarm so wanted to return it for the Pro. Customer service has been really helpful and I look forward to using the Pro version.

I had a minor issue with the product but they took care of it immediately and were super polite. Never have I came across such amazing customer service. I can only recommend them to everyone.

Lucas was extremely helpful. In making sure both of our fit sleeps were waterproof The app was having difficulties with a couple of things and he helped sort through it beautifully

Lukas was extremely friendly and informative! I wasn't having success with the standard waking me up and wanted to upgrade to the pro. I received a quick response with a discount code and all the info I could need about pro vs standard version.

I purchased the basic version of the fitsleep alarm clock and I was not satisfied with the wrist strap. I also was having trouble with it not waking me up. I contacted their support team via email and within a day I had gotten a response. From then on, Lukas was very responsive and pleasant to speak with. He offered to send me another wristband for the alarm clock and even gave me recommendations, for example, to wear it on the ankle. Overall, excellent team over at fitsleeps and nice to work with. The wristband is great too. No more noisy alarms! 😁

I had a small issue with my fitsleeps, but the company was GREAT in handling it! The alarm worked every time - that wasn't a problem! So rest assured, it WILL work for you! Ten out of ten stars all around!
