The alarm didn’t wake me up and was about as powerful as an iPhone vibrating alarm. They sell a more expensive model, so now I can spend even more money to try that version, or accept having spent good money on a mediocre product.

After ordering my product, I realized I had clicked on the wrong type of charger. I emailed customer care, and got a very prompt, kind reply, and they fixed it for me immediately. Lukas was super helpful and efficient. Looking forward to receiving my product, and hoping the quality of the product is as good as the customer service. Thanks for the help!

Phenomenal watch. Ever since having it, I’ve never slept past my intended time to wake up. Will 100% recommend to a friend.

My 13 year old daughter has struggled for the past couple of years to wake up and get out of bed. We tried many different alarms and she would sleep through them. Our mornings were very stressful and not a great way to start our day.

It was super easy to set the time right on the watch without needing to download an app, which I actually prefer because it keeps my phone out of the bedroom.

For the first time in years, I woke up immediately. It wasn't a jarring noise, but a physical sensation I couldn't ignore. My partner said she didn't hear a thing, so it’s perfect for us.

The band is comfortable enough. I barely notice it’s there. No bright green lazer lighting up the room when I roll over.

The alarm is strong yet it’s a pain to set and reset each day.

I had a issue with my fitsleep pro after a few weeks. Just part of the screen stopped working. I messaged them and they responded pretty quick. Within a day or two. I sent them a video of the screen and they gave me a code for a new watch to be sent to me. Messaged again about shipping and whatnot. Overall good experience for having a problem. Watch does pretty good also.

I bought this product for my son who has trouble sleeping. It is a great product very compact, sleek and easy to sleep with on. Fitsleeps also have great customer service, they respond quickly and with a friendly service answering my question, thank you fitsleeps

Band is hard to close, but it wakes me up before sunrise and doesn't disturb my husband. I am deaf and he has had the responsibility of waking me for years. He appreciates this more then me...lol

I purchased the fitsleeps pro as a gift for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved it! He is a very deep sleeper and wouldn’t wake up to an alarm no matter how loud it is. Unfortunately, it broke in the most unfortunate way (not related to manufacture). But customer service has been amazing in helping me get a replacement for him! Highly recommend!!

This product has woken me up countless times, my alarm could never do this previously, and i have been to work every single day right on time. I have also been getting better sleep recently with the calm awakening and i have become more of a morning person! Buy this product!

For most people, I’ve heard the FitSleeps has done wonders. Sadly for me It didn’t do what I needed it to do. Irregardless, they are so kind and ready to help. I made a mistake in my order by ordering the wrong charger and Lukas responded saying he would personally fix it himself to make sure my order goes through smoothly.
