I purchased an elliptical trainer from the Birmingham branch the assistant Senti was very helpful and knowledgeable about the machines he also managed to sort out a mixup in the delivery for me I would recommend seeing him if you are interested in buying gym equipment.

Had a great experience at Fitshop Leeds. Massive thanks to Dale and Zen for all their help. They were both really friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel pressured into buying anything.
Customer service was spot on, and they made the whole experience really easy. I’ll definitely be coming back and would happily recommend Fitshop Leeds to anyone.

In reply to fitshop response:
The setting of next day delivery expectation was the last straw for me when it was not in fact, the next day but 4 days later when the item was finally received. Your delivery company XDP were also terrible and this also reflects on fitshop for using them.
Cannot therefore say I would use fitshop in future as don't ever want to experience those kinds of delays again.

There is no doubt that the repeated delivery issues caused by our courier have resulted in an unacceptable experience, and we completely understand why you feel disappointed. While delivery issues can occasionally occur, the same problem happening multiple times for one customer is extremely rare and particularly unfortunate. We share your frustration with how this has unfolded.
Throughout this process, our Customer Care team has worked hard to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. This included arranging replacement shipments and, in an effort to bring the matter to a close, upgrading your latest delivery to a significantly more expensive next-day courier service at our own cost. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, the repeated courier failures meant the resolution took far longer than either you or we would have expected.
Please be assured that the issues encountered with the original courier have been formally fed back, as this level of service falls well below the standards we expect from our delivery partners.
We have also noticed that two one-star reviews have been left relating to the same order and experience. As both reviews refer to the same issue, we will be posting this response to each to ensure consistency.
We appreciate your patience throughout this matter and are genuinely sorry that your experience has not reflected the level of service we aim to provide. We hope that, despite this unfortunate series of events, you might consider giving us another opportunity in the future to demonstrate the standard of service we strive to deliver.

Great Service
I was looking for a cross trainer and came across Fitshop who stocked the one I was after.
I went online and chatted to Kane in the Edinburgh, he was super helpful and sent over a quote to me within minutes. I placed the order and it arrived within 5 days.
Highly recommend these guys if you're looking for gym equipment.
