It was my first trip to Fit Shop Leeds and the advice and help I received was fantastic. They had a great range of stock and the staff were helpful and informative throughout.

I haven’t even received the order yet. I emailed a week ago. No reply. I rang last week and was told it would be “hurried along”. Still nothing as of yet. I am close to contacting PayPal for my money back.

We were in that store today just to check how the equipment looks like. Both Kiru and Zen were really professional and helpful.
They explained us everything and they were really patient.

Fit Shop Chessington - spent hours and hours looking for a replacement treadmill on other web sites, with clunky menus and useless chat bots ! Should have just dropped on to the Fitshop web site, which is easy to navigate and finally a real person on the message service "Thomas" from the Chessington branch, within a few minutes we had sourced and paid for a new treadmill.
Outstanding support, Customer service and guidance, a rare thing today, great job Thomas and Fitshop

can not fault in-store staff, excellent helpful and knowledgeable.... but that where it ends, there in store stock is poor making it more of a show room then a shop, which leads to the biggest problem there online experience, i have order from them 4 times now 1st order came within 5 days, slow but acceptable, 2nd order has not turned up?
3nd and 4th took over 2 weeks, which i don’t think is acceptable in today world, an option for faster delivery would be helpful,
still cant get in touch with a person to find my missing order, online chat told me a week ago they chase it up and let me know, still waiting to be told what is happening, all i have hard from them is 'Can We Have a Review and Feed Back', you just got that for sure so if you would like to chase my order its SORE12501, i will be phoning bank for refund soon if this is not resolved

We visited Fit Shop Uk in Birmingham looking to build out a home gym and we were lucky enough to have blake’s assistance, he was extremely professional and informative and we left with everything we came in for and will be returning when we decide to expand our current outfit. Blake - fantastic job. We will be coming back to you again.

Absolutely great experience today have been looking for a few things for a while now walked into the fitshop and the guy working in there (senti he's name is) sorted me out a great deal on a functional trainer and made the process really easy and straight for there was no pressure selling tactics and he had all the answers to my questions and ultimately a great product. Thank you and would 100% recommend and will use again for my next home gym purchases.

Dorian was really friendly and helpful. We went in to buy weightlifting gloves and he let us try several on and gave lots of great advise. We will be back!
