We went to look at 3 houses and Dan showed us around, he was really friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the houses and answered all the questions we had.

the stool of staff
claimed our money and want more for issues which were there already before we moved in, but when you report something they say don’t need to fix it loool but when you move out because the house is not liveable they charge you for that ??????

We moved out because half year was not enough for them to fix it anything

The staff are really friendly and helpful. For instance Dan helped me move my things from the house into the car

One of the worst student property letting agents I've come across. Failed to sort an infestation of mice for months (apparently the tenant's responsibility... hmmm I wonder why?) Secondly, they hardly ever tell the tenants they are inspecting the houses. Thirdly, they take money from deposits for problems existing prior to moving in and for the painting of walls (but not surprise there as they use the cheapest paint but somehow come to a £100 price tag for painting two walls). Clearly exploiting inexperienced students who most likely won't complain.

The best thing about FIT property is their customer service and how stupendous it is, especially Dan who replies to all my WhatsApp enquiries within minutes. Everyone else in the office is also great and very friendly as well as approachable, especially Nadia. I really enjoyed my viewings with Ellise as she was gorgeous and helpful.

Fit property is managing my property since June 2022 and been good in resolving maintenance issues on time which is important. 4 star because of the high management cost. Charging management fees on utility bills. Saying that this has been resolved from new academic year.
