Total scam. Canceling your subscription is intentionally complicated—they force you to go online (not the app) and jump through hoops just to opt out. It’s obvious the system is designed to make it easy for subscriptions to auto-renew, knowing they can then deny refunds. I was charged despite trying to cancel, and it feels deliberately misleading. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I contacted customer service regarding an issue with a fitness center that was no longer accessible with the €120 membership through the company welfare platform. Despite repeated attempts to communicate, the response was slow and unsatisfactory. I was told that prices had been changed without notice and that the only possible solution involved additional costs, making the membership unusable for me. I do not recommend Fitprime
