Extremely Disappointed – Worst After-Sales Service Ever!
I regret choosing this company. Once the sale is done, they completely ignore the customer. They never answer customer care calls, don’t respond to emails, and offer zero support after purchase. It’s frustrating and unprofessional. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away. Their after-sale service is not just poor — it’s non-existent.
Personalised diet plans based on my goals make it feel tailored and effective and tracking progress on a weekly basis is super motivating.
My experience has been the greatest so fat with the Fitfeast, Fitpass and fitheal. Conductee the tests, gave it to the Dietician and she recommended the best diet plan lost 8 kgs in 2 months. Reserving sessions through Fitpass also helped me a lot in monitoring my fitness and weight loss jounrey along with diet.
Great range of workouts for all levels. I appreciate the mix of strength, cardio, and flexibility training. Also meal planning and nutritional advice makes the app more comprehensive.

Worst App ever they don't provide any information regarding your orders or membership. And customer care is also useless i didn't get any solution for my problem. I ordered Smart watch in jan it's been 4 months no updates not any information on app. Customer Support is rude they will not tell what's exact problem is and they will not listen to your problem. If u can't manage your customers...they don't collaborate. Stop scamming people
The schedules for classes are not always displayed on the Fitpass app correctly. The app hangs when I try to book any session at a particular fitness center. No chat reply , no email reply except for an automated message asking to go read FAQs which don't address much. I feel I'm stuck. It could have been wonderful but honestly if a consumer doesn't get answer the business will not float for long.
DO NOT take it unless you want to work out few times a month only, and if you want to keep changing your gym. No one answering calls or calling back. Company blatantly lies about their offerings, say you can use "any gym any number of times" and later say "oh sorry, we didn't mention that the gym you use comes under a special category with limits"!
IT'S A FRAUD COMPANY, IF YOU BUY THEN YOU'RE MONEY IS GONE FOREVER, GYM'S SHOWN UP HERE MOST OF THEM HAS CCANCELLED THEIR BUSINESS DEAL WITH FITPASS, SO YOU MIGHT NEED TO TRAVEL FOR 8-10 KILOMETERS FOR GYM WHICH MONTHLY FEES COST AROUND 700-800RS AND YOU WILL BE PAYING 1500 FOR THIS FRAUD COMPANY FITPASS
i paid to fitpass subscription. But they are not providing any service. Emaild them 1 month ago but no response. Customer care also not solving my issue. Its 1 month 13 days now. I lost my money... no support from them..
