Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware. I was charged for a functional trainer over 9 months ago and was told the item was backordered for several months (being told a new excuse weekly as to why the product was delayed and being assured it was arriving within days and would be shipped out). I’ve now been trying to get a refund on the item and am getting similar excuses with finger pointing that the ‘credit department’ was supposed to have this done and that it would be handled. This company is a scam and other comments that have noted this are clearly real and I’m shocked they operate like this. Do not buy anything from this company. Also, beware if your buying through Amazon or Walmart as they may call and tell you that item is out of stock now but they have a “better” product they will sell you for the same price which is likely another part of their scam to get you to order directly through them vs a different company. Shame on you Richard and Boris for operating the way you do.
