I just realized they have been charging $19.99 on my credit card since March of this year. I never authorized that.

I NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING AND AT 80 YEARS OLD -HOUSEBOUND I WOULD NEVER USE A MY FITNESS''' PAL/ GURU WHATEVER YET I WAS CHARGED $19.99 a month from Jan thru August or $160.00 totql while in the hospital

My account was charged for nothing, all I did was order one thing and now I'm getting charged every month. I don't even know how to get in touch with someone to fine out why

My credit card got flagged because of an unauthorized charge for $19.99 from this vendor. I looked them up and found many references to this business as being a scam. When I called my credit card company, they confirmed that this charge was the flag. My card had to get canceled and I have to wait 7-10 days to have a new one issued. I have many autopayments on this card and this is a hassle. Do not engage this vendor!!

This is a scam company who deduct money from your account even though you have no business dealings with them. Why are they getting away with this?

I made an order and paid on June 15th. On June 24th I email them to ask about delivery. I don't mind that it takes a long time, but inform me! Today it's July 12th - almost one month after ordering and paying. NO delivery! NO answer from customer service.
Scam company?! Yeah, think so, actually. I've just lost 699kr.

I have not received my items& no one reply my email.

I made an order 10 days ago and still did not hear anything. I wrote to the customer service 3 days ago, no reply!! Is this a real business or a scam??

They took the order and my money. Promised delivery in 2-3 days, but 5 days after they haven't shipped it yet.
No answer in repeated calls or mails.
Unacceptable.
