Total SCAM. STAY AWAY

Placed order, received confirmation, supposed to get delivery on Saturday 21st, didn't get supposed call from courier, nor any delivery. Contacted customer services, they said goods had been returned to warehouse - no reason. Organised re-delivery for 26th September, again no courier call or delivery. Now with credit card company. AVOID.

This company is a scam. Avoid.
Order placed on 9th September. Now 2nd October and no communication on when this will be delivered.
There won't answer any communications.
Still trying to grt my money back.

As previous, Scammers! Wish I'd checked these reviews before ordering. Placed an order for a treadmill, got an order confirmation straight away but never got a delivery or dispatch note through. Email and phoned and got no response and live chat was no better, said that it had been shipped then immediately left the conversation without providing any details. If you check the reviews there are many duplicates saying exactly the same thing. Some reviews also state they were buying baby products when this "website doesn't sell them. Avoid at all costs!

Stay away, this is one of the scam website with fake reviews.
They will charge you for the order, then neither you get your order, nor your money. They have few other sister websites with same Product catalogue & prices, fitness-supershop.co.uk and gymequipmentsupershop.co.uk. Latter one isn't working now as many ppl reported scam againt this website.

Absolute scam.

Have had to raise a despite with credit card company to get money back.

Scam company, placed an order, had no correspondence, couldn’t make contact. Contacted my bank and luckily got my money back, some people don’t appear to have been as fortunate. Do not buy from this ‘company’.

Unfortunately, the other negative comments about this company are correct. I ordered a treadmill more than three weeks ago which was listed as being "delivered next day if ordered by 2pm", but no attempt has been made to deliver it. I have chased the company on three separate occasions. Note the listed phone numbers simply do not work. The email address goes unanswered. They can only be contacted through the online chat application, which seems to be attended by a single person "Danielle Gregory", as mentioned by others on here. This person/bot just seems to tell you that the item will be delivered tomorrow/in a few days, but NOTHING ACTUALLY HAPPENS. I've never received a tracking number, never received a call or text message or an apology. Requests for a refund are simply ignored.
I've noticed that a representative from the company seems to occasionally respond to some of the negative comments on TrustPilot to seem like they care and urge people to get in touch with the company directly. This is another trick to fool you into a false sense of security, because they know people (like me) read Trustpilot reviews and believe them. There is no way to contact them directly other than through the perma-available Danielle Gregory, who does not seem to have any remit beyond answering people on the online chat tool without any kind of result or follow-up. Read through the positive reviews on TrustPilot too and you'll note that the majority are written in the same style, with more or less the same content - all aimed at placating people with regards to issues around delivery or little niggles with the product, but their "brilliant" customer service has helped them. Do not believe these positive reviews - they are fake. I assume they are relying on people simply giving up on/forgetting about their purchase after some time and banking the money they keep this way.

Luckily they accept payment by credit card and I have managed to log a dispute through them to get my money back. What a waste of time.

SCAMMERS….This website is quite sophisticated but it’s a scam, don’t be fooled, I was and I’m having to go through the disputes team on my credit card to get my money back. There is a professional online chat function but they won’t provide a tracking number or courier company and try to keep you hanging on. Lesson learnt is to always check out the reviews regardless of how professional the website looks. At least they haven’t used my credit card details to buy anything, I have now cancelled it…

Ordered treadmill 2 weeks ago and no other email than initial confirmation. Clearly a scam. All positive reviews are almost copy/paste as you can see. I have reported to credit card provider and maybe they will help to put an end to this scam.

I've been searching for quality fitness equipment for months, and I'm so glad I found this site. The range of treadmills and exercise bikes is impressive, but what really stood out was the detailed product descriptions and helpful customer service. My order arrived on time, and I've never been more excited to get into shape. Highly recommended!

Ordered told 3 or 4 days - never arrived company won't respond to queries - I think this company is a scam

My order took a little longer than expected, arriving after 7 days instead of the 3-4 days mentions on the website. However, I contacted customer support, and they were super responsive and helpful. In the end, everything worked out well, equipment I ordered is fantastic. Would recommend the shop for fitness gear!

Agree with recent review this appears to be a scam company. Ordered 1 September, suggested delivery September 8. Phoned when didn’t arrive, suggested out for delivery but obviously not. Don’t expect it exists. Do not use.

SCAM COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Bought from here a treadmill, never came, phone number doesn't work , if you message you get the same woman responding very occasionally saying that it will be delivered a certain day. Then it doesn't. Have asked for a refund and nothing. Looks legit but it is not please do not buy from this "company"

This is a scam. I have reported it to Action Fraud, as have others. I have had the same experience as others; two weeks and no sign of the item I ordered and no response to emails or calls. The address given is a residential house and the payment was taken from a company which is a new start up with no history.
The positive reviews are likely to be fake - for most they are the only review given, others have only given a small number of other reviews. The company occasionally responds to reviews and seems to occasionally respond to people chasing their items but this seems to be designed to give the impression that they are legitimate. Every time there is a post about this being a scam a few new positive posts appear to try and drown it out. Yet still so many people are without their items.
It is a sophisticated scam because the website looks good, has a chat box and they have paid for google ads to increase web traffic. They are most likely just weathering the bad reviews until they get shut down and in the meantime clearing out the thousands of pounds in card payments.
Avoid, there are many safer sites. If you do use this site, use a credit card so you can claim a chargeback.

Do not buy from this website!! Still not received my goods and never will. Land line disconnected. No response from emails and as for 'Danielle gregory' just cuts me off now. Website looks very genuine. (Pure scammers) DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
