The most amazing jeans
The most amazing jeans! So flattering. I’m a mum that’s had a c section and they are so comfortable and soft and don’t irritate my scar. They mould to my curves and make me feel super confident. I would highly recommend. I’m a repeat customer I have several pairs in various styles.

Love the fabric quality
Love the length on the regular length (I’m 5’7” and usually have to buy a Long). The flares are perfect. The baggy jeans don’t make my body look good from the front and my butt looks big and flat in them. Debating on returning because for the price they should look amazing…

Impossible returns
I sized them out with there size chart and they were still too short. Tried to return them, paid $20 for a return label only to find out you can't return them if you are outside of the big cities because the mail courier they use (DHL) is only in the city's. The closest dhl pickup is 3 hours away from me, I would have liked to return for a longer pair but it's impossible.

One day it will get here… maybe in 20 days
Ordered my item 6/1. Was notified it was shipped 6/2 to UPS supposed to be delivered 6/10. 6/9 I check UPS and I got a notification “ As requested by the sender, UPS has transferred your package to the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for final delivery” USPS is now saying the estimated delivery date is 6/22 a whole 20 days from initial ship date. Wrote into the help email with my order information and about 1 minute after I sent it out I got a generic AI email that doesn’t address why the sender changed the delivery. Meanwhile I’m getting emails from fit jeans on the side asking how they fit, what do I think, and the 3rd one included a care guide for jeans I don’t even have.

Petite length should be offered in all styles & colors.
The petite length and fit of my small jeans are great. BUT, I am disappointed that the petite length is not offered in all of the colors (like Green and Khaki) , and all of the styles(like the straight leg loose). And in the styles that Petite length is offered; they are out of stock more often then not. With only large and XL leftover that the majority of fit girls seemingly do not need…. Thank u.

Everything goes wrong
Everything goes wrong. They send me wrong item (i said million times it was wrong and told them the right item). It’s been like 3 weeks and still havent got return label. Quality also is terrible, color washes away in one wash. I do dont recommend these and i do not recommend to send back items because it takes A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY. I have to do everything myself to get their mistakes right.

Horrendous customer service!
I ordered a pair of jeans and the wrong colour arrived. The customer service is horrendous. They are not responding to emails. They asked me to send proof of the wrong colour which I did and nothing! There are no phone numbers to ring! So I’ve got a pair of jeans that are the wrong colour and no one is responding to my emails! So frustrated.

Customer service and quality.. BAD
I reached out one week ago about returning the jeans and still have yet to hear back from anyone. They smelled like bleach right out of the bag and the quality felt very low. They are stretchy but feel like jeggings more than jeans. The fact that their customer service is this bad is reason enough for me to never shop there again. Buyer beware!

We would like to clarify that your inquiry was received during our high season due to our sale period, when we experienced a significantly higher volume of messages than usual. As explained in our email, each new email sent creates a new ticket and places you back in the queue, which unfortunately can delay response times.
Regarding the scent you noticed, this is not harmful but can occasionally occur with freshly dyed denim, especially when the product is packed and shipped shortly after production. Our production partner has recently adopted a more environmentally friendly dyeing process that significantly reduces water waste and chemical runoff. While this is a positive step toward sustainability, it can sometimes leave a temporary odor on the fabric. This typically fades after airing or washing by following our washing instructions.
We can also confirm that your return has now been processed and a refund has already been issued.
